So much better than Subway. The staff is always super nice. The sandwiches and soups are delicious. The broccoli and cheese is my favorite. And the Baja Chicken sandwich.

Great sandwiches and service. I think you can leave the ice tea containers out for the customers to use now. A little inconvenience to ask them to fill your cup.
The customer service here is horrible, I spoke with "Rosa Miranda" I'm sure she gave me a fake name but apparently she is also the owner. Lost story short i ordered lunch yesterday and my order was not correct, cheese, honey mustard and the extra side i asked for were all missing, i called and explained the situation and was told they would send me a new lunch the following day which is very appreciated but with the lever of disrespect and lack of customer service i would have rather not had anything. I called around 11:00 to ask about my order because i was told yesterday they would deliver it to me by 11-11:30 well they also gave me the number to the wrong delivery guy and called back and was told the food would be delivered around 12 well... no one ever told me that but Rosa was the rudest person i have ever spoken to, she claimed to be the manager and the owner of the quiznos, but for her lack of customer service, she shouldn't be anything there, she said she remembers doing my sandwich correctly but also said she didn't work there, i was told she would be refusing my service and to never order again with them, be mindful that i am a paying customer, rosa said she did me the favor of sending me a new order but is it really a favor if YOU did it wrong? Well anyway, by the looks of it she has no type of education or knowledge or respect, I will be speaking to Michael today who is the actual owner, on the other hand the delivery guy was super nice and explained the situation props to him for having to deal with idiots like "rosa"

I would give them 5 stars because the employees are good as is the sandwiches. However, I often go there to find them closed 15, 30 or some times 45 minutes before their newly posted hours of closing at 5pm each day.
