Our server was incredibly friendly and memorable, and the food is really good. Pizza is my favorite food, and their pizza is GOOOOOOD! I am grateful I live down the street :)

Terrible place for delivery. I ordered a large pizza garlic bread and a 2 liter on a saturday night around 730. I was expecting it to take a while and the woman told me an hour and a half. I was ok with that. Told her Inwas paying cash she said ok. And then asked me for my phone number address and room number tobthe place I was staying about 4 different times. Needless to say 2 hours later my pizza never came. I called back and the phone lines were busy for the rest of the night. Around 11 I finally decided to just go to sleep. The next day I called and another person told me the driver was there and didnt have the correct phone number. ( which I gave them it 4 different times) then she tells me that the reason they didnt deliver it was because they dont take cash payments for deliveries anymore due to Covid. (Haha) anyway after the entire ordeal they never even offered to compensate or make up for their mistakes. I totally understand how the restaurant business is not easy and always busy especially on a Saturday night. But I was 4 blocks away From them. And it doesnt take 4 hours to make a pizza and send it. Im sure the dine in experience is much different. This place seems to cater more to grubhub slice and other online delivery services. Which are ruining most places. They're getting a percentage to be middle guys. I expected more from Russos being that it's a popular place. Boy was I wrong.

I'm from California and I'm always looking for Italian food to make me feel a little bit more at home. This is my second visit here and the service is always been friendly, great, and the food has been excellent! Check it out

Drove 45 minutes for them to say they don’t have any pizza. Don’t waste your time and just go somewhere else.

Worst customer service! Place an order over the phone. They got my order wrong. Expected me to pay for something I didn't not order and then was told they couldn't do anything about it. After requesting to cancel everything and requested a refund the cashier told me that he couldn't provide me proof of my refund because he didn't have "manager codes" this is ridiculous. I'm waiting to the end of day to get my refund if not I'll be calling my credit card company. Again, the customer service is a joke. First time trying this place and definitely will NOT be returning!

First time here. The food was super oily and not good at all. I order the trio pasta and lasagna was flat and not like a lasagna at all. The chicken was dry. The tiramisu was horrible. The only thing edible was the pizza and it was plain. Not worth the price I paid.

Oh my goooooosh!!! Hands down best food! We've had their pizza weekly since we've first tried them! It is SO GOOD! Each pizza we have eaten is yummy, mozzarella sticks are good, the garlic bread is good, ingredients are top notch! We've never dined in but the place is super cute & has a nice outdoor patio & I think they have heaters out there! 10/10 recommend this pizza place! :)

Food is GREAT! Service is mediocre. The lady at the front is not friendly to my son and daughter when they go pick up the pizzas, every single time. Other than that it's awesome.

This place is a gem! The aroma of Italian spices sweeps you away! My grandson and I ate here last night. He had the kids penne, I had cauliflower crust pizza. The mile high chocolate cake a true hit. Very nice wait staff!

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this great place. I am glad to say that it was a awesome evening and the venue was definitely one of the reasons for the strong event. The stuff contributed in a graceful way, the cuisine was yummy and my buddies were very joyful. We shall no dout return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Pizza is fire. Dallas isn't the pizza capital so it blows my mind this only has 3 stars as it's better than 99% of everything else around here. Dallas natives killing Papa John's like butter. SMH

We visited here for dinner and being a little fussy about Italian food (having worked for a few years with an Italian chef!) it was so refreshing to come to a restaurant that had authentic dishes, fresh home cooked pasta and amazing service to compliment this! Amazing and would recommend to anyone for a nice night out. Mid range prices too so not overly expensive at all.

Loved the pizza! Great crust! Love a good salad. The Mediterranean was excellent! We will be back!

We're from out of town, looking for a good coal-fired pizza. We excitedly found Russo's, but we were sadly disappointed on several levels. The server had no idea what their beer menu offered. When I finally decided to make her life easier, (I chose Stella Artois.) She went to check and they "were out" (even though it was on their menu.) My husband and I each ordered garden salads. I ordered mine without onions and Ranch dressing. He ordered Blue Cheese dressing. She delivered it to the table with onions and Ranch. The salad with Blue Cheese had no onions. The pizza was mediocre, lacking in toppings and crust wasn't anything different than we could have gotten from Dominos. The large pizza costs $22. Once we were home and looked at our bill, we realized she didn't even charge for the Coors Light beer I ended up ordering. Sorry, we'll spend our $55 at another restaurant.

This the best quality NYC-style pizza in DFW. Quite a full variety plus a build-it-yourself option. Ex-NYers, don't go anywhere else.
