This was our first time getting Russo's today, we saw a lot of advertisements and noticed the place is new (we have been living in Richardson for 10 years). My mother and I are foodies who really enjoy going to new places to eat. We ordered the 16" hot honey pizza, the 12" margarita pizza, and 8 pcs mozzarella sticks for delivery. Once I placed the order, we were given an hour wait, but this place is only 8 minutes away from us, so it only took them half the time. Both pizzas were delivered folded up in the box, like they were juggling with the boxes. The pizzas were soggy, cold, and mediocre. I had to put everything in the microwave, so I'm guessing the pizzas were already made before I ordered. They are very unimpressive to be so expensive. I've had much better pizza from Pizzahut for half the price. Neither pizza had much flavor to them. We were quoted $83 for this delivery, and I wish I could get my refund. The mozzarella sticks were the best thing I ate tonight. I will never buy pizza from them again.
Delicious truffle and mushroom pizza! Love a good happy hour wine lol Sophia was incredibly kind and attentive!Update: went back in after a rough day at work, wanted a glass of wine and some pasta. Hunter was incredibly kind and helpful. Tortellini al vodka was freaking delicious ❤️
