I called to ask if they have any vegetable options. A person did said they dont have those options. I tried to ask if they could just make some simple stir fried vegetable dish the man did not let me finish my question. He cut me off rudely and repeated that they dont have vegetable dishes. I mean it is fine if your restaurant does not offer no meat options but at least let me finish my question rather than cut me off rudely like that. Being polite when you talk to a customer. very rude. You lose my business Saigon Block

I took my parents here the other day since my Dad felt like having hot soup.DO NOT give this business your hard earned money. A bowl of pho costs nearly $24??? It better have noodles made out of gold. The spring rolls were filled with noodles and nothing else. Typical. And when my dad asked for an extra bowl of both, even offering to pay extra, the both came in a toddler sized bowl with a tablespoon of room temperature broth.Even our waiter had attitude. Something must have crawled up her panties.

Saigon Block offers plenty of Viet foods. I tried their Ca Nuong Da Gion and Combo of Nem nuong and chao tom. 7/10 in my opinion. Staff members were not too attentive and caring. Decent price. Not too expensive nor cheap. Good time here with my friends. Will be back!

Food is pretty good.Bun Bo Hue is very very good.Service is pretty good. The place is very pretty. If you're close, I recommend visiting as they have a huge variety of delicious food.I don't think I'll be visiting again though due to the long-ish commute.

This restaurant used to be my favorite one. But its service is becoming worse and worse as well as showing disrespect to the customers. I will not come back this restaurant because its inhospitality.

Been here several times in the past and food and service wonderful… Today…very disappointed.. felt like we were a bother; the food ok- if you like gristle and chicken “parts” in your plate and although taste was good, it was pretty gross. Service despicable.. had to ask for knives, plates, napkins and the check —not one time did anyone come by to see if we needed anything. When we called for a waiter; his attitude was deplorable; like”how dare you, ask me for this”.. While we love the food and the restaurant and have told everyone about it but no more… we’ll think twice about going back. We don’t need to support this restaurant.. there are lots of Vietnamese restaurants in Dallas that we can go to…

Great authentic Vietnamese food. It’s BYOB too! Order a baked catfish to eat with spring rolls, or individual entrees like Pho or a rice plate. The sugarcane wrapped in shrimp is my fave appetizer there! Yum!

Actually pretty delicious, baked perfectly with crispy skin. The dipping sauce was pretty good too. Compared to most restaurants around the US, I think this restaurant make the catfish skin really good. Seasoning is pretty light but I actually prefer that overly seasoned or salty. Been here couple times with families and it was all good. Definitely would come back to Richardson for more since Kansas city area doesn't really have this perfection Ca Nuong Da Gion.

Wished the cat fish had garlic flavor to get rid of the general muddy taste. Spring and egg rolls were delicious ?

Pros: did a yelp search for "bo 7 mon" and this was one of 2 places suggested. They were both within a mile of each other, so we picked this one as it had more reviews. Eggrolls were so good. Made with rice paper. I got the lemonade, vinegar hotpot beef, and a Thai dessert. My husband got chargrilled meat with noodles. Our friend liked his fried rice. Service was good. Accepts credit cards. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town. Cons: none I can think of. Price maybe? But maybe it's proved right cause we had a ton of leftovers.

This place definitely has best meat in pho around DFW. The meat is very tender and soft and that applies all types of the meat. I would suggest trying the combination pho if it's your first time since it has filet mignon. The broth is pretty clean and not as salty as most pho establishments. Imperial egg rolls is worth trying; it's different from regular egg rolls and very soften items inside. In addition to pho their have a pretty extensive menu.
