I will neverrrrrr everrrr come to this location. I placed an order online to pick up in 30 minutes. I arrived at the location and checked my ordered thoroughly because the last time they forgot several ingredients in my salad. I wanted to be sure it was correct before leaving. They forgot 4 ingredients so i alerted the “manager” that was currently available. I informed him the salad was incorrect and told him what was missing. He offered a refund but i asked if he could include the missing ingredients. He explained that once a customer touch it then they aren’t supposed to take it back but offered a refund again. I stated ok that’s fine but can i get it remade. This man sighed hard, took the container and walked away. I felt the attitude was unnecessary because i wasn’t the one that made the order wrong. I’m not sure if he would rather have just refunded so he wouldn’t have to remake it but i was on lunch break from work and didn’t have time to go anywhere else. The pita strips left in the bag of the incorrect order was taken and he gave me the correct order with new pita strips. I asked him if i could have the ones in the other bag and he said it would be an additional charge. For pita strips that he cannot serve and will more than likely throw away. He threw the bag away and took the pita strips with him. I’m sure because he didn’t want to throw them away in front of me because i had just asked. This happened to me before at the Legacy location and they gave them to me since they got my order wrong so i assumed the same would be granted. Im not disappointed in the fact the order was wrong even though weeks prior they got my order wrong leaving off the exact same ingredients. It was how this “manager” handled the situation and the sighing. I don’t understand having an attitude with a paying customer because they choose to have their order corrected.

The place is clean and the workers always greet you when you walk in. They're really fast and efficient when you make your salad in person instead of online order. I went in 1.5 hours before closing and most of the seats were already cleaned up. I even saw a worker give out free leftover croissants to the table next to me.The salad are good and have a lot of options. My favorite dressing is the honey mustard. You also get a choice of pita chips or a croissant with your meal. If you want to stay healthy, their drinks are on point as slightly flavored water instead of sugar drinks that would cancel out your healthy meal.I personally like the wraps more than the salads. However, your wrap might start bleeding dressing every where.

Salad was really good. Almost ate the entire thing until I found a dead bug in the salad. I told an employee but he did not seem to care. All I got was an "ok." no apology and no refund was given.
Ordered delivery and they let someone take my food. I didn't get any reimbursement or apology. There was no manager when I called to discuss the issue.Second time ordering for pick-up and the $4.79 salmon was partially cooked. This is not food safe. Raw high-grade (sushi grade) fish is safe to eat, and fully cooked fish is safe to eat. But if you partially cook fish there is a range of temperature that promotes bacterial growth and can make you sick. I shouldn't have to explain that. Everyone should have their food handler's license. In addition to cleanliness, food safety is necessary! Please serve safe food.

You can't beat this place for a salad. Everything's fresh and lots of options for toppings. If you tried to duplicate a salad like this at home, you'd spend hundreds on vegetables. Great standby when you want a salad!

Truly is build your own salad by having someone build your salad with an up charge for protein. A bit pricey for what you get. Fountain drinks are just tea type drinks. Salad was pretty good but nothing to blow your socks off. Service was just ok.
