It's not sanitary and there were flies on the food. The food is good that doesn't have flies. The service is great.

The service in this establishment is excellent with a very friendly staff who will greet you and treat you great until you leave! We even left a phone in the bathroom and they found it and kept it until we were able to pick it up. They have a 14.99$ buffet option and the food choices are amazing!!! I strongly recommend the beef kabob, gyro meat, tabuleh, lamb, and believe it or not, this Mediterranean spot even has an amazing quesadilla!!!! The ambiance is great, quiet, and they cater events!!! This is one of my favorite spots in Dallas!!! A hidden gem!

This is a small Mediterranean buffet but the food is equal to or better than the more well known buffets like Dimassi's or Andalous. The beef kabobs were among the best I've had. They were so rich and moist. I particularly LOVED the butter chicken. This seems to be a family-owned restaurant and the owners are super nice and responsive. They went out of their way to ensure I had enough of my favorite items at the buffet. The Saturday price was only $16.99 and worth it!

I just ate lunch there not half an hour ago. It was lovely. The buffet has a large selection including warm pita bread, a variety of salad-type items, 3 different kinds of rice, delicious tender meats (beef, lamb, chicken) cooked several ways, with lots of fresh vegetables such as lentils and beans to choose from. Highly recommend. The people are nice too. The seating area is clean and bright.

Amazing Kurdish restaurant, with variety of food. Their basmati Rice is amazing and the kabab options are so delicious. I can’t get enough of their dessert and salads. Nobody can compete their price. I love the atmosphere. The lady who works there is so nice and hard working. 10/10 we will come back again

This place has it all for me: the best Middle East buffet in the metroplex, it's near my house, and it has shiny new digs. My wife and I visited the old place across the street several times and enjoyed it. The old place had character but I think the new, brightly lit venue will draw more first time customers. And with the delicious food, first time customers are bound to be many time customers.Try it! You'll love it.

Went for the first time and I was not disappointed by the portion of the togo plate or the taste of the food!! I did hope to get more than one pita bread though ??‍♀️ I ate most of the meat before I thought to make the review.

I highly recommend this Mediterranean buffet. I last had Mediterranean food many years ago, however this was my first time at a Mediterranean buffet. For starters, the 12.99 price on weekdays is a bargain compared to some other Mediterranean restaurants charging up to $20 and more for their buffet. The food was good and I really enjoyed the meats. There was a decent amount of choices in the buffet and I definitely will be back here to try the rest of the buffet because there is only so much you can eat in one setting. I also liked the atmosphere of this restaurant. It's simple and quiet with nice visuals all over the restaurant.

Great food. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They have a daily buffet and you can order from the menu. I have been twice so far and it does not disappoint.

One of the best kabob places in Dallas. It is an all day buffet all you can eat restaurant. I am not sure how they prepare it, but their beef kabob is a to-die-for. I have traveled a lot and tried various places for their kabobs (including some countries in the middle east), and to me, this is the second best place in the world in terms of taste of beef kabob. I have been visiting this place for 10+ years. They raised their price recently, but that it was only ~$2 raised.

Went here two days in a row first experience was great. Good food and good service.....day 2.... This short fat lady was working and had a terrible attitude. Rude even to the point she was talking disrespectfully to her co worker right in front of me. Argumentative and clearly did not want me in there. I know she wouldn't talk or treat someone of her nationality like that. It's too bad I have to rate it low. But clearly this woman has no business in the service industry.
