Been a customer since 1978 at the original Greenville Ave location- the one with the ghosts.Today’s classic cheese burger was just as spectacular as my first one.It’s in my top 3 burgers.My wife had the Frito Pie and said it was the best ever.We shared the onion rings and they were golden brown and crispy.The location is a portion of the Luby’s Cafeteria that was redeveloped containing two other restaurants.This location has decor and atmosphere reminiscent of the first location.This is a family friendly restaurant but also has a great sports bar .
OK I know that this place has 4.3 stars at the time of my post but I need you to understand that the food is actually fantastic! I’m pretty picky about what I consider “bar” food, but I had the original chicken sandwich, the chipotle corn, and mashed potatoes. Everything I ate was perfectly seasoned and delicious. Our waitress was fantastic, the food came out really fast, and the atmosphere was pleasant for having conversation, but still had sports playing in the background.

Service was great. Chips and queso were good. Sweet tea was good.Salsa tastes like cold onions in tomato sauce.The "Taco" Salad was a bowl full of lettuce, some grape tomatoes, with a sprinkling of cheese and a couple tbsp of ground beef. Basically a taco bowl full of lettuce with enough beef to piss you off. Taco Bueno looks gourmet in comparison.

My husband said his burger was wonderful. The bun was a poppy seed roll, the burger was perfectly cooked (med well), not greasy at all, and the veggies were crisp and cold. I wasn't too hungry, so I ordered the bean and cheese nachos. The guacamole was black, but other than that, they were delicious. We will return.

The food at Snuffer's is real good! I went and had a mushroom burger. My issued was that it did not come with fries. It was just the burger. I guess I have taken for granted that when you order a burger, it should automatically come with fries, or a choice of another entry.

It is 64F outside, but the air conditioning is blasting. Why? Do y'all not care about profit margin or customer comfort?! Order was wrong. Fries are undercooked and soggy/flmsy..... No Manager on the floor. Server didn't ask if the order was ok. just trash
