Possibly the most depressing Subway franchise I've ever seen. The owner/counterman is surly, unprofessional, impatient, unknowledgeable about Subway sandwiches and often forgets to wear disposable gloves. If you have a coupon, expect a lot of sighs and unnerving stinkeye action. Many of the ingredients rarely look fresh. In fact, this post is a direct response to being made ill by the last sandwich ordered here, just two days ago. Tried to find a Customer Service phone contact: Haaaaaaaaa! Good luck with that!Subway no longer deserves to be in business, let alone serving substandard food with a big side helping of poor attitude and bitterness.

WOW! Of all the Subways I've ever been to, this was the worst!They only had 1 guy working, that or someone was on break but guy said he was working solo when asked.Based on how stingy with the veggies I'm assuming he gets paid on how much veggies they save! Although the lettuce was so brown I don't think it qualified as lettuce anymore. I actially thought maybe he was the owner since he was so stingy but he didn't even know some of the sandwiches on the menu so probably not; plus the owner would have been more polite to his customers for the repeat business.Even worse was the cross-contamination! Wife wanted veggies on her sandwich before toasting but guy misheard and put lettuce on her sandwich then took the lettuce off her meat and cheese and put it back in the lettuce bin! I'm pretty sure that's against health code but what do I know.Then when we weren't looking he took the cheese from one of our sandwiches back!! Who does that!? Unfortunately we didnt notice the missing cheese until we got home.Last warning, if you do go there becareful of the 1st step at the threshold. Wife stubbed her toe on this unmarked/unwarned 2" step up into the restaurant and nearly tripped. A sign, or tape or even a wedge threshold would go along way to prevent accidents. Saw other reviews mention this to so surprised it's still there due to the liability but just he careful.

This place was pretty hard to find (tucked away in the back of a shopping center) and probably not worth finding. The food is fine (standard Subway fare) but the employee behind the counter seemed to have difficulty with both comprehension and enunciation, which might be fine at McDonald's or the like but is more of a problem with a place like this requiring so much interaction. Wouldn't come back or recommend visiting especially with one of these around every corner.

It is a good place where it looks very tidy and clean, the staff seems to be new and they serve you well, the order is brought out very quickly and their breads look fresh. Recommended

If i could give zero stars i would. Their service is ALWAYS extra slow but it's the closest location to me so i just put up with it. Today the lady was so rude throwing veggies out of the sandwich and all over the paper just because i requested 2 separate bags. Horrible customer service!! Their rudeness was final straw and i will never go there again.

Ordered the sandwiches through the app, but when getting to this Subway location. The lights was turned off, the one guy making the sandwich seems lost making subs and service was delayed about 15 mins past promise time.

I was here the 02/22/2023 at 9:05pm The food is bad when employees have no respect for costumers , the guy who work there he have a bad attitude with customers he never smile, he make you feel like you are not welcome in . I don’t advise people to be here .

It's Subway so I guess I got what I deserved, but there are much better locations. Be very careful entering or exiting, there is a 3-4" sill that is easy to trip on (I tripped entering and stumbled exiting because you just don't expect that on the ground floor anywhere).The manager was sitting at a table on her phone the duration of my visit. The trainee (I hope she was) didn't know the menu items or what went on sandwiches and had to ask the manager for help.The lettuce had started to brown, and the cucumber slices (which was a giant mountain for some reason) had freezer burn.
