Food order incorrect. Only got a skimpy 6" sandwich and I ordered and paid for a 12". Tried calling the store several times with no answer. Also tried the supervisor and only got voicemail. This order was thru DoorDash.

The service is good but don't place an order online after 7pm. My husband and I order from here twice and the messed it up both times. The first time I got his bread and half my sauces and the second time he got half my toppings and I got both of our sauces on my sandwich. It's fine if you go in and order but just don't trust the online ordering for dinner.

The Older Lady That made our sandwich Today , has no customer service skills no listening skills, very arrogant attitude and unpleasant , non-friendly at all. I don’t know why you would want to have someone with this kind of attitude at the counter.

Something is good for us, because you can't see the ingredients that you are going to put on your sandwich, they have a lid,In case they are in poor condition or have been there for several days, you don't even notice, or because they don't let you see them, it doesn't make sense.

I was getting car inspected across the street 930am Saturday. Saw this Subway and figured I'd get a breakfast sandwich - toasted ham egg cheese on Italian half loaf. First impressions - place ok, server nice, clean food display case. Sandwich was great and thanked her for it. Since I stayed I went to use restroom. Not bad and took all precautions. I always flush public toilets to make sure it's working. IT WAS NOT WORKING!! I went back to let server know. She was sweet to say she will fix it. I said no no that will need a plunger and she didn't have one in the store. I decided to use the men's restroom (a bit desperate here) and that too was broken!! Apparently people (patrons and non patrons) use the restroom and break it. I asked her to call the owner/manager/super because this is not right. It's just these young women working here and they can't use the restroom! If I recall my law studies, if a place has a dining area, it's their responsibility to provide a restroom for their patrons. I asked what did super say and she said he needed to fill out a maintenance form to request the fix and she was to lock both bathrooms. It'll be fixed in a few days. WOW These two stars are for the servers!!!! I ended up staying a bit, my poor bladder, had half my sandwich and sip of OJ. I saw at least two people go straight to the back and go right out when they couldn't use the restroom. Keep up the great attitude ladies!! Shame on these mangers/owners!!

This location has been under new management. I had stopped coming here for a while due to poor customer service….and gave it another try. Lizabeth helped me and was beyond positive greeting me from the time I walked in, made my order, checked me out at the cashier and said goodbye when I left. Great job! Management is so important, they got it right here now!

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app, and they mixed up the entire order. My bf went back to the restaurant to get the sandwich made correctly, and for some odd reason he just let them add the “correct” items to the sandwich. Who takes back food someone bit into, and works on it where other peoples food is being prepared? They still had Jalapeños on there, and it wasn’t supposed to be on there. Like… what if I were allergic?

I went here on Wednesday and the service was excellent!! Young lady making my sandwich (jolly) was so nice and made conversation with me which I really appreciate since I was having a bad day ❤️ they were quick with their work and had such a positive attitude. They gave me the correct change and I will definitely be coming back here ?.

Really really nasty and bad service there's a lady from Peru Spanish lady she's nasty and another Spanish guy they always got a bad attitude they did it to 2 my workers but I didn't believe them and then we went by I went by there and they did it to me the lady you ask for something then you should give you something else and she gets a bad attitude sorry not a good place to buy subways ??

Fuck this dumb ass place. i placed an order ONLINE and came to pick it up. the lady was like " it doesn't show in our system " so i show her the picture of the online confirmation and she said " well if it doesn't show up then i can't do much about it " Like wtf??? serjously u gonna let me waste $14 on fucking nothing. Fuck this subway and fuck all the employees and the managers. And fucking afford better computers since you can't see my online orders. My whole family is yelling at me now because your shitty online system doesn't wanna work. Shitty ass store and shitty ass employees Smh Fuck you guys
