I did an online.order. The order was incorrect. Went back to get it corrected and the cashier asked if i Had my receipt I said no. It was just picked up 10 minutes ago. He redid the order of course But the sandwiches didn't have the correct bread or the correct toppings. The bread was hard as a rock. And the sandwiches were dry.One of the cashiers didn't catch her name was walking around coughing without covering her mouth. Coughing around food. I WILL.NOT RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY EVER AGAIN IN MY.LIFE!!! EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT..

Ordered a sub and drink on the app for curbside pickup, and waited around 20 mins past the expected time they'd come out and give it to me. I went in to check what the problem was, turns out the sub was done they just didn't want to take it out which is the whole point of Curbside, and to make it even worse, the lead sandwich maker was very rude to me the entire time I was discussing this problem. They also forgot my drink. I go to subways pretty often and this restaurant has by far the worst service I've ever had.

This place is the worst ever. They are either out of bread or meat or anything. I have had issues with this place everytime I come. Absolutely the worst subway around. I would recommend picking another one if you can.

WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE!I ordered two foot long subs on the app for the pick-up but one was not available and I got a call from restaurant about the unavailability. They told me to cancel my order from the app but there was no option. I went to the restaurant for help but I didn’t receive any support or help. They didn’t cancel my order or refunded my money. I have paid for it and I didn’t receive my meal or refund. The employee there was so rude and was stuck on "I am not the manager, I am unable to help". I asked them to call the manager and they said "No". They asked to write down the details like my name, contact number and order number so that they can refund the money once the manager comes. I haven't received the call or the refund!The employee also gave me store manager number and their own number but when I called the store manager, they said it is the wrong number and the employee is obviously not picking the call.The store does not have a "working phone" and hence I am stuck here, with no money, no food and no way to contact them regarding this :)

Ordered 2 sandwiches at 2:00 PM for a pick up at 4:45, when I go to collect the sandwiches the guy does not even know or care if there was an order! I planned this way ahead to avoid the wait time, what’s the point if the store worker does not even know about upcoming orders!

This subway has the freshest looking produce I’ve seen in a subway. My sandwich was prepared perfectly and tasted fresh. Restaurant was very clean. The young lady making the subs was so sweet and kind. Why the 3 star review you may ask? It’s because I found out they pay employees $7.50 an hour. Makes me sad that companies pay so little. The young lady was working hard. I made sure to tip her. If you eat here and get good service please keep in mind the employees aren’t making much in wages.

Save yourself the time and trouble and do not come here ( especially during lunch). Extremely understaffed. Vegetables look old and unchanged. Waited 30 minutes to order a sandwich. Go to a different location!

I had a great experience at this location. I went around lunch time and surprisingly it wasn't too busy. I ordered a subway melt and it was tasty. I opted for Lettie instead of spinach because the spinach looked welted. What made my visit was Linda, she was so kind and I could tell that she enjoys her job. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and she got me a fresh one and it was sooo yummy. I'd definitely come back to this location!!
