We've been fans of this location for awhile now, but recently have noticed things looking like they're declining in quality and experience. Upon entering, we waited for several minutes for someone to take our order. While waiting we noticed an odor that couldn't be ignored, and immediately recognized it as potatoes rotting. Looked down and saw the problem...stacked bags of potatoes along the wall under the menu boards and flies everywhere...not something you want at an eating establishment. We left.

Loved their chicken tenders, one of the best in Richardson quite similar it’s like Mikes Chicken Dallas. They do have many sauce varieties to try on with the chicken. Budget friendly.

Great chicken sandwiches but the portion of fries they give you have significantly gone down since they opened. Good fries though!One thing they should work on is making sure the order is right. They forgot to include the 2 cookies we were supposed to get from the kids menu. This isn't the first time they forgot something so definitely check your order before you leave.

Great chicken place. The tenders are always tender and juicy. Don't forget to get the fries with Cajun seasoning. And their signature sauce there is the best to dip both tender and fries in!

Visited last Saturday for a take-out order. What is there to say? When I picked up the order, two entrees were missing. Glad I checked. So I waited while they made two more sandwiches. When I got home, the french fries were cold because they were just dumped in a paper sack, no foil or wrapping. And then I found that two of the kid's meals were not grilled cheese as ordered, but chicken on a bun with mayo or something the kids wouldn't eat. Nothing about this place makes me want to come back.

I was working in the area and stopped in for lunch. I checked over the menu and settled on the blackened cajun grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo. It didn't take long for my sandwich to come out, the size of the chicken was good and it was cooked perfectly. However, you couldn't call this blackened. It was maybe lightly peppered. It really didn't have much flavor. It definitely didn't taste "cajun". All the pictures I saw were with green leaf lettuce, mine had iceberg and a piece of under ripe tomato. I tried their signature sauce which made me think of a mixture of bbq and honey mustard. I gave it 3 stars because the chicken was cooked well, but it was a boring sandwich for $7.50. With a chick fil a down the street, I don't know that I will stop here again.

First time visit ... opted "to-go" order. The Special chicken sandwich was very good - BIG chicken breast but nothing overwhelming me. The Chic-fil-a DELUXE is still a very good option at a lower price point, just not as BIG of a chicken breast. I ordered the LARGE loaded fries ... unfortunately the "toppings" (in a small separate container) were minimal at best ... NOT enough to cover half of the fries but did seem decent enough for the regular size order of fries. The salad was okay .... Again nothing impressive or notable. Overall .... too pricy for me, value not perceived for what I ordered & paid. Perhaps their fresh made custard is awesome. I'll have to try some.

Been to this super chic a couples times and they don't disappoint. Tried the deluxe fried chicken, chicken minis, and the salads here. Each food item that I got is very good specially with the Buffalo and creamy pepper sauce that they have supplied. Will definitely come back more often to try out the other food choices that they have here.
This location used to be pretty solid. I'm not sure when or why it has gone downhill. The last 3 times I've ordered, something has been wrong. Today we ordered two meal combos via delivery. Our fries were not seasoned as ordered, our Nashville hot sandwich had the smallest amount of sauce, and we didn't even get our drinks. $30 down the drain. Today I am cutting ties with Super Chix. If it's your first time going, you may still be satisfied with wrong items, because their food is good. They set a standard in the beginning, but clearly cannot meet it now. Just go across the street to Chick Fil A.

I got home and called to speak with a manager, here’s where SUPERB customer service starts. I had the opportunity to speak with John Moody the GM and the way he acknowledged, rectified the situation in a very professional, respectful manner towards myself and his employee couldn’t go unnoticed. Super Chix Cityline has gained a loyal customer! Thanks John!
