First time at the beltline/ Jupiter. Had to say it was good plus they have fresh salsa and garnish you can do I yourself to take to go. Way better than taco bell package

Last two times 2/1 and today 2/7 2024 the meat has been way too salty. Especially on the Taco Burger it’s the meat not the sauce. I’m taking this one back this time. I can taste the salt in the other items but with the lettuce and hot sauce on them I could stand to eat them. But NOT THAT TACO BURGER!!

Don't go here. The staff must have been teenagers. The attendant at the drive thru window was drinking and eating. The gentleman bagging seemed fine with his gloves on until he stopped bagging for the drive thru, walked over to the front counter register to take an order with payment, lastly returning to handle food for the drive thru without changing out gloves. I was sickened by it all. I appreciate you guys being upfront about this. Date of service 11/21/2023, 6:56pm, ticket 114, store 3021on belt line.

Taco shells, chips stale. Muchaco tortilla undercooked. We gave them a few chances. Last time we came in the poor cashier was working the entire restaurant alone. This is a management issue.

I really loved Taco Bueno 10 years ago. How disappointing! This place doesn't smell of cooking food or disinfectant. It's an odd smell. They should cook some hamburger and onions just so it smells like food. The chips and crispy taco shell had a slightly bitter flavor. The meat didn't look browned, but the flavor was ok. Good salsa bar I thought, but not once did anyone clean the drips and a spoon was misding for red salsa. My table had remnants from some other meal. The guac was odd in color...very dark green. Why? I did eat most of my beef taco, guac, and chips, however, but wasnt much to it. Yep, hungry. I hope I dont get sick. Makes me sick to think of it now. One small taco and 2 tablespoons of guac cost $6. I stopped in the restroom, and the odor of urine was appalling! I thought I was in the men's, but no. Looks cleaned, but HORRIBLE SMELL!!! I think this place might get closed down. We'll, I won't be back to ANY Taco Bueno again. I knew I was crazy, but I had fond memories. ?

I love you guys but What is up with these tacos??? There is nothing but shell!! We get taco boxes often and lately you guys have been stingy with the fillings. I tried to call several times but no one answered.

Keep food upright in the bag (not on its side). This has happened multiple times with our order. Customer service also needs to work on sense of hospitality. We've always loved Taco Bueno as a great fast food place but you're losing us with this type of 'service.'

So my six year old asked for water cups and attempted get soda ( was he wrong yes) but he’s a child the manager loudly says to him you asked for water why are you getting MY SODA! here’s my issue don’t speak to my child in a tone that’s chastising! We had bought a drink so the money wasn’t an issue had she been like mom if he gets soda I’m need you pay for it that would of been fine!Had she even said to him get water young man that would of been fine but the way she said it loudly 3/4 times to him was an issue!Especially when i seen people who looked like her go and get soda and not pay she didn’t say anything turned a blind eye!For clarification my son didn’t know where the water button was because it wasn’t a big water sign was just that tab at the bottom!This day and age just be mindful how you talk to children that are not yours!I had a chat with my child so don’t come questioning my parenting it’s more of how she spoke to my child!
Typically this place is incredible and highly recommended! If the young boys are in there running the show you should just turn around and go somewhere else! They do not care about you're food I promise! The food is premade not fresh, it's reheated, it's old, it's cold the tortillas are hard. And they will close the store early every night! Turning off all the lights pretending to not be open. Management needs to get a grip on these guys before they run this taco bueno into the ground! This is the Taco Bueno off belt line in Richardson.

Fast & fresh-tasting. We had a big order (two of the Whole Lotta Boxes), which usually stresses Taco Bueno teams out, but we didn't have to wait too long, which was nice.

last night I pulled up to the drive-through at 9:51 and no one would answer so we went to the window and we saw the lady hide behind the wall. I get it I guess they close at 10 and she didn’t want to help me because she already closed up but girl I wanted my party burritos with onions.
