My wife and I agree that we had the best meal of our (32 years of) life here. Service was incredible, atmosphere was perfect, food was a work of art!

If you want excellent Thai food in the UTD area...this is it. Food and service are amazing here. I have loved everything I've tried here so far (ordered from them multiple times and never had a single complaint).
Very good food with limited seating. Definitely try the thai coffee and soup and egg roll. Based on what we had. Everything on the menu seems like a safe choice.

We happened upon the BEST Thai restaurant, Thai Soon, in Richardson! Portion size was great, a tiny but quaint place facing Coit Rd, just south of Beltline. Actual address is 101 S. Coit Rd, Suite 401. We always start off with spring rolls. If you want oil free you need to specify steamed tofu, not fried. I had the Cashew Nut Entree with Brown rice that was heaping with fresh veggies ! I had a spice level of 3 and it was perfect for my spicy palate. Pat chose a Pad Thai with Veggies as well. Both of us agreed that it was the best Thai food we have ever had in Dallas (and we have frequented many)! We followed up with Purple Sticky Rice for dessert, and it was a 10/10! Not the right season for Mango Sticky Rice, so we tried something new, and cannot wait to return! Prices very reasonable as well! You won’t regret a visit to Thai Soon In Richardson.Vegetarian options: You can substitute tofu in most all dishes. Just be sure to tell them that you are Vegan and cannot eat any animal products.

Best Thai food in Richardson! We've been going to family-owned Thai Soon for over 2 decades and they seem like family to us :-) . My special favorite is Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) and my wife loves the Red Curry but really anything on the menu is excellent!

Thai soon? How about never again. Worst pad kee mow ever had. Threw away the noodles. Burnt and mushy. Must have been leftovers from the day before. Furious that I spent money here.
Love this place. We drive down to this place whenever we get a chance for an excellent Thai food. Never disappoints.Must check it out.A very home like atmosphere that gives you a different feeling. Service is always good & food is consistently excellent.Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options available & clearly marked on the Menu. Almost all dishes are available with Vegetarian option.

Good Thai food options. Place is small, they seem to do a lot of takeout. I had basil spicy chicken fried rice and it was good. Everyone enjoyed their food. Also it's BYOB!

We were looking for a place for dinner before movie night and found this place 10 mins away from theater. Place was busy with couple of empty tables. The lady in the front was busy scrambling food and other stuff to the tables . Took her 5 mins to seat us down event though there were empty tablesTook them sometime to get our water orders and food orders. Food took a while as well.We ordered Pad Kee Mow with Chicken spice level 4 and Chan Noodles with Tofu spice level 5.Both of them were served hot and tasted very delicious! Although I would level 5 for Pad kee mow next time.

The food is very good. I got pineapple fried rice. Difficult to find good pineapple fried rice in dfw. But this is really good and the quantity is great portion size is very good. The price is more than $15. Kind of steep but I really want a good pineapple fried rice so I was willing to try it and I'm happy. Not much of an atmosphere. The staff is nice. I would come back to this place.
