I don't have much to add that hasn't already been said. Great food that's a little different from your usual food truck fare. A taste of the Midwest right here in the Metroplex. I had the Italian Sausage sandwich which was both delicious and reasonably priced. My friend had the nachos which were tasty, abundant and also reasonably priced. Service was helpful and customer friendly. And the menu had something for just about everyone. Ambience? Well, it's a food truck and a colorful one at that. If you find it at Four Bullets Brewery there's plenty of seating inside and out. If you find it in front of Lowe's it's takeout only. Great food at a great price. 'Nuff said.

At first I thought my GPS was pranking me when i locked in the address, because it was coming up off road and behind another establishment.I didn't realize it was a food truck, but after tasting the Chicago style Italian combos,....it didn't matter. Never tasted so good. He will have a loyal customer from now on and I'm telling all my friends. He was nice and friendly, the food is amazing.
