Came in today the 22nd of February. Got a single with cheese, asked for no tomato, no onions and no mustard. My burger came with all of it on there and it was just so greasy, grease dripping off the sides of the burger. Wasn't good at all. And the fries are not better than McDonald's. Half a box of cooked and uncooked fries. The cooked ones were just awful. I threw it all away as it was inedible. I think Wendy's need to go back to the drawing broad and try again. This will be my last trip to Wendy's

The mobile app was down and Chadrick was very helpful. Most fast food restaurant employees usuall tell you they can’t help when the app isn’t working, but Chadrick went above and beyond. Wendy’s, you’re very lucky to have him working at your location. Thank you

Waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru. Couldn't back out because of a curb that we couldn't drive over and cars behind us. Didn't get debit card back and no one was near the window any longer. I had to go inside and no staff was in sight. I saw my debit card in the drive thru machine. Man came out of the back room. I said I need my card back. We exchanged words and then he threw the card out the window. OWNER NEEDS TO CLOSE OR GET MORE SUPERVISION WHO ACTUALLY WORK. Do not go to this location EVER.

Once again tried some fast food in the neighborhood. Fast food it was not - long wait to order long wait in line and only one person in front of me. Did the 4 for $4.00 jr burger fries drink and 4 chicken chunks. Burger dry looked old only to be accompanied by cold fries and chicken chunks. Asked about the concern with counter man and got a shrugged shoulder.

I wish I could give zero stars and the middle finger. They had the MEANEST SHORTEST OLD LADY on drive thru Sunday. I pulled up. She said cash only. We not taking credit Cards. I said ok.... I tried to back up but there was a car behind me. I pulled back up because I found cash. I said I'm ready to order. She said you pulled off so I thought you didn't have any money. Do you have cash? I said you said that's what I needed right... She took my order and it was WRONG. I had been there Tuesday and Wednesday both days I got the exact same thing and my total was the same. She gave me a different total and left out some of my food. She was so mean and ugly I paid her in all pennies and then were dirty from sea salt. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window closed. They need the same folks they had Tuesday and Wednesday she needs some days off

Everytime I go to the location they get my food WRONG. I usually check my food before leaving but I caught an uber there. The manager is jus as rude as the employees. I font want free food, what I would like is my food to br correct the first time but the manager wants me to bring it back. I wonder if she's going to pay for my uber. She is the same manager that's been there for YEARS. Same manager Same attitude.

It's a little old black lady they have working at the window is so slow and I always go to this Wendy's they Miss Barbara who works in the morning it's really kind and have never messed up a order unfortunately we went around 3:00 yesterday they didn't have any ice she had her order all over the place oh I forgot to say this we sent it to speaker for 5 minutes no one ever came on so when I get to the window that's another 5 minute wait and I explained to her that we were waiting at the speaker but I didn't get an answer so she proceeds to tell me she didn't answer the speaker because she was talking to another customer and drive-thru I was like you couldn't even push the button to say please hold one second she was like no I was busy so then she gives us a drinks with no ice after we asked for strawberry soda she made us a strawberry lemonade didn't mix it up or anything okay can we at least get a cup of ice we don't have any ice what don't you think that's something you should let the customer know I'm telling you now we don't have any ice okay we'll take it off when we ask for strawberry soda not a strawberry lemonade it was only 50 cents and attempt to take give me back 50 cents I said no take the whole drink off so before I pull it off double check the order there's an order of nuggets missing she didn't say thank you I apologize or anything so I asked for my receipt and it took another 5 minutes for her to get that to me really upset about that service.
