I was using the drive thru to get lunch. I was craving some Homemade Chilly and I got nuggets to fill up. Whatever happned to cheap Fast Food.... I could have got a Chipotle bowl for 12 dollars ?

This is my new favorite Wendy's location, since the one in Lake Highlands got remodeled (I used to go there a lot from 2019 to 2023). Also, the rude "manager" who shooed me out (happened last spring) before closing time, he's not here anymore. So good riddance to him!?REDACTED from:"Tall bald middle aged POC male was extremely rude. I thought the dining room closed at 10, so I stayed a little bit past 9. He came to me and said "hello, hey, hey! Dining room closes at 9. You gotta go!" While making a rude "shoo" gesture at me. He was even rude to a previous customer before me bc he gave her a sweet tea instead of unsweet.Will contact corporate. ???"

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long long time that made the same mistake over multiple times. And this is while a manager is on shift helping with my order. I had a coupon that came in the mail with some great coupons One was by one single and hamburger and get another one free and then it also has a coupon within that same packet but make any purchase and get free fries along with another coupon for free frosty. They would only let me use one coupon, the hamburger, so I had to pay for my fries and a frosty. I made a purchase for my buy one hamburger get one free, and the concept of coupon and anybody going to buy dinner would like to fries. I have never had this problem at any Wendy's except this store I've had problems here many times but not to the magnitude as I did this evening. I go to the drive-thru and I order two hamburgers the way I want them one a special way and the other another way and I have I've told them many times no cheese whatsoever on any of these hamburgers it's not that hard one hamburger with everything on it only mustard the other hamburger no lettuce no pickle and with mayonnaise. I had to go through the drive-thru two more times to get it corrected and then had to finally walk in to the dining hall to have the manager fix it that prepared it and wait in line when they saw me and knew I came through the drive-thru and still wouldn't help me. During all of this commotion the guy that originally took my order at the drive-thru was not very bright and I'm not knocking him for that but you would think as a manager you could put them in a different role within the restaurant. Because he had to come out and ask me two times now how did you want these hamburgers? It's not rocket science! So the first time I had to go through because they made these hamburgers wrong and by the way they made them all cheeseburgers almost every time. They kept taking them back, most faster joints when they mess up an order they let you keep it because I was going to feed it to my dogs lol. So they can have an extra treat. But no they kept them and so on my last occasion of having to finally go into the restaurant she tried to take the bag for me again that they messed up on I said no that I want to give it to my dogs and snatched it out of your hand. It was finally right but it took for the manager to turn the register monitor around and had me visually inspect the order! And then she finally kicked in a free fry woohoo! And nowhere during that conversation with the manager in the end did she seem remorseful or apologetic. And in fact she's actually the same manager at the same store six months back that actually argued with me telling me I was wrong on something but that's a whole other story.

Bring a coupon to split a terrible meal with family. Chicken sandwich burnt my tongue and the management redeemed the coupon for two small combos and argued that I didn't ask for fries, so I won't get fries as I only said I had a coupon for two chicken sandwiches and two drinks.

I had a great experience visiting this location. Just recently moved into the area and was pleasantly surprised by how kind, friendly and accommodating the employee was who took my order via drive through speaker! Luckily I was able to meet him face-to-face when I pulled up to the last window to get my food, thankfully I was able to catch his name which was - CALEB! So, thank you so much Caleb! I'm not a person who regularly writes reviews, but I felt moved to do so because this guy deserves props for doing his job and doing it really well he definitely went above and beyond! Caleb really deserves to be rewarded for his outstanding performance it was quite refreshing. Thank you CALEB for delivering impressive customer service, and making me feel like a valued customer.

First off I put 3 for Atmosphere ONLY because I didnt go inside, but young lady manager I think was very customer-friendly oriented.Now to the Service - as you saw above the people that work there drive through is all I can speak on (as I have not been inside yet) are always sooo kind, friendly, & patient with you as I am a moron when it comes to ordering food for my wife & kids when my wife is not with me as I am a man and useless without my woman next to me.Now for the food - very little times in my life have i seen a fast-food joint make a hamburger look like the commercials or the pictures on the walls or outside ordering machine thing, BUT this place makes my triple meat look like it is fake it is sooo delicious, huge, thick, & scrumptious looking. Lets just say my wife got jealous as I was nearly making out with this mouth-watering hamburger. I am a take a bite, eat some fries, and take a drink kind of nutso of a OCD person, but I gobbled this burger so fast I still had the fries and my drink to go. First time ever.Thank you to the Staff for making me most likely mess up my diet here and there this year.
