Great environment and family friendly. The employee in the black hijab is the sweetest and friendliest! She greeted me and my friend and made us feel safe. I suffer from social anxiety and she took her time to made me feel comfortable in a public space. I wish I got her name but she’s the best! Coming back soon.

First time here and it had a horrible smell but it was like from a cleaning product...still bad. Sample cups were non-existent. Other than the lack of sample cups they had an entire wall of working machines. That in itself is amazing. They all had different flavors. However, the yogurt was not well frozen at all.

The girl behind the counter was extremely rude to my sister and I. We came in with a happy mood but left sad and unwelcome. From the moment we walked into the building we were not greeted with a hi or a smile. Instead the girl behind the counter looked disgusted at us. I noticed that they had small cups so I took one to try their samples. Some of the frozen yogurt was still left in the sample cup which I placed on the table. The girl behind the desk rushed to throw my sample cup away. When I told her that that wasn't necessary, she said "are you gonna pay for it?" And then threw my sample cup away. Also, there was a bowl of candy in front of the counter, my sister took a couple for my siblings and I and then reached in to grab a little more. Then the lady behind the counter angrily took away the entire bowl of candy and hid it away telling my sister that she "had already taken like 20" when my sister actually only took 5 pieces. The service there was so bad and the lady was extremely rude, she said we couldn't try anymore samples because we "were trying to piss her off." When I asked if she was the manager she said "yeah actually I am" but she didn't behave like a manager at all so I highly doubt that she actually is. Honestly I believe she has some sort of mental illness because nobody should treat their customers the way she treated us. Don't go to this froyo place, there's so many other places that are better and treat people with respect. It's overpriced anyways.

Amazing flavors, they have a total of 16 different flavors, my personal favorite is Mango Habanero. One of the best places for froyo in Richardson.

I found a yumilicious less than a month ago and I've already been there 5 times Their yoghurt is honestly one of the best I've tasted in a while! It's so rich and creamy and the tart ones (which are my favorite) have the right amount of tart for me. It's a very comfortable space in a nice neighborhood so you can always take a walk if you don't want to sit inside, it's very family friendly as well. The service is also great, it's self-serve and then you simply pay at the register, super straightforward!

It was nice you can just take a cup and get your own flavors of yogurt, pick toppings, and pay based on the weight of the yogurt! I got my flavor of pomegranate raspberry with a mermaid topping, and mint chocolate chip!

The person who was working tonight (6/26/23) deserves a raise! They were so kind, helpful and clearly take great pride in their work. They went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever received in a frozen yogurt shop. When I asked for a lid for my son’s leftover yogurt the employee offered us a bag of ice to keep it cool on the way home. They actually filled up several baggies with ice for us. They also made sure to tell us about the store’s upcoming promotions. Additionally the shop was very clean and well maintained.

All flavors pretty much taste the same. Half are vanilla sweet, half are plain yogurt sour. No differentiation for flavors like avocado, taro and coconut, etc.The toppings are very neat, such as unicorn cone, mermaid tail and rainbow chips.
