“We had a fantastic experience with Grace's Tiers over the weekend. We ordered two birthday cakes and to say they were amazing just doesn't do them justice. The cakes were beautiful and delish! The customer service and atmosphere at the shop is phenomenal and we will absolutely be back!“

“Short version:Beautiful place, awkward start, very good food.Long Version:This visit was quite interesting. On Easter Sunday, just after noon, I expected this place to be packed. However, we were seated immediately and there were very few occupied tables. The building is very nicely done on the outside, and there is plenty of parking. Inside, it has a very elegant feel with stone and dark wood throuout and modern lighting fixtures. There is a beautiful bar set to the side with its own seating and even a semi-private area beyond it. I noticed a completely private room to the left of the entry which looks inviting for private lunch/dinner meetings. They have effectively used a lot of glass windows to create an uncongested feel.The thing that really struck me as a first impresssion is how we were seated and what happened next. Nothing. The entire restaurant is set up with completely blank tables, which creates a very uneasy feeling that we were there before they were open or ready for us. Not even a center piece or even salt and pepper. The Hostess placed a menus for the two of us and we just sat. It was very quiet and they did have music playing softly, but there was no real buzz or excitement. So, for 5 minutes we just sat. A lady did stop by and place a basket of chips and a couple small salsas and did say a polite 'hello'. Then, we continued to sit, without contact or even a napkin for 10 minutes. I only mention this because it was really uncomfotable. We saw a busser pass through and two waiters who pushed a few tables together for a 10 top family that was coming and ran food to the bar table. Still, just walking by and not even looking at us. Just odd.Finally, a waiter stopped and asked if we needed something to drink. He did not introduce himself which makes an odd situation even more odd. Yes, chips & salsa with no napkins, etc was awkward and making us thirsty. We ordered the queso with beef and sodas.Here is where it gets better. When he very quickly brought the queso he provided a utensil roll. At that time he asked about ordering. I asked for recommendations and he very estutely inquired about what I was looking for. He provided a primary and secondary recommdation. I asked about another item in comparison and he stuck with his primary as a choice, so that's what I ordered. Well done.The menu is extensive and diverse. Quite a few options.The food came out in a timely manner and both items we ordered were quite good and pleasantly suprising on portion size. Both of us could only eat about half. We had the Cocina Changa and the Pollo Moderno. We very much enjoyed the presentation and flavor or the food. The Moderno lets you create your own rolls with the pico/guac/ and the sauteed veggies or onion, mushroom and cabbage make for a fun and engaging experience and crafted to your own taste. The rice with the Moderno was delicious, too. The Changas (combo beef and chicken as our choice) were quite good and quite large. The chicken edged out the beef, I believe but both are quite good.When we werew done, the waiter brought a tray with to go containers so we didn't have to ask. Then, he took our items, packaged them for us in very nice folding boxes, added a bag of fresh chips and salsa container, and placed in a very nice to-go bag (impressive and classy).As a side note, the bathrooms were also very modern, well kept, and clean.The buzz only picked up slightly while we were there, but still remained very quiet.So even though I made some interesting observations because of the slightly odd experience, I will definetely return and recommend to others.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessable“

“Coco tacos are great. It the only thing I get so I can't speak to the remainder of the menu. The thing that annoys me is tipping in the drive through. Like so many other fast food places they do the handheld device thing that allows for tipping.“

“One of the best Mexican spots in DFW. The tamales are so good here. I had a pork, beef & black bean tamale. All so good. Food comes out really fast too.The chocolate tamale was my favorite. One of the best chocolate desserts I’ve tried. Such a rich, chocolatey taste + the apple cinnamon tamale was also amazing. “Their food was amazing I have nothing bad to say about it and it came out super fast. The service absolutely amazing my server was amazing he came every few minutes to check up on us. The vibes were so good I saw people jamming out to the music it might be a loud place but not to loud. “We live in Louisiana, but I grew up in dfw. Every time we come to town this is our first stop. Having celiac disease makes travel soooo hard but I would travel just to be able to dine here. Awesome experience every single time! And gluten free beer!!“

When you walk through the doors you’re immediately greeted by a display of homemade cakes and pastries. I would highly recommend the red velvet cake. The crystalized sugar, sprinkled on the frosting is DELICIOUS.The portions are large, and well priced. The service was excellent. I found the staff to be very attentive. Seating is done after you place your order, so there is no holding tables. There is plenty of seating available, whether you opt for indoor or outdoor seating. “I love this place so much! They have so many things that are great for your gut health! It’s so fresh and pretty affordable. The coffee is out of this world! It’s organic and super fresh and tasty. I use to go to Starbucks everyday and the coffee there started giving me gut issues and it was making me feel bad. I come here almost every day now and the energy I get is clean and it’s helps me with my digestive issues and I don’t crash at the end of the day. “It was my first time coming into this shop. The smell of sweetness hit me when I walked in, and I was greeted. I wanted to try the Granny Apple pie, but they were sold out, and I decided on Key Lime. Best decision ever, as it was very tasty, and I was damn near licking the container. LOL. The guy at the front was very polite and helpful. I was even able to get my pie 'on the house' as their system was having to be rebooted. Thanks so much! I appreciate you being so kind and hospitable. :)“

“I ordered the beef pho, which was not highlighted on the menu but was exceptionally good. My son ordered the wonton soup, and it was so perfectly earthy that we actually got another set of bowls so we could share each other’s dishes. My fiancé ordered the classic Tom Yum, and “yum” perfectly described it.I still can’t believe how good the food was!The service was great as well, very intimate, and we were checked on often. A few of the servers were on their phones at the front of the house, which is always a negative, but our server wasn’t, so I’m not holding it against her.They also gave us Thai Tea on the house, which was delightful! I stopped in at lunch and it was a decent amount of people there but it wasn't too loud. They have tons of seating space and a versatile menu. They offer coffee and food so pick your poison. The food was really good and their ranch I believe is made in house. The service is good. The staff is nice but they tend to let you enjoy your visit which is nice. “My Daughter and I love coming to the shop. It’s out mother and daughter tradition that we come every Wednesday after practice and have delicious ice cream. I love their different flavors. My daughters favorite so far is coconut cream die. I’m still trying to decide which one is best cause they’re so many. I love how they have other ice creams if we missed last week. You can choose your own topping and of course they have not just ice cream but also shakes, root beer, and they even sell ice cream cakes and pie too. I used to get the PeiWei spicy but I think they replaced that with the Firecracker sauce and it is even more delicious than I remember. “Went here Easter Sunday 1 hour before closing time and could not have received better service. There was 1 other table eating and we ordered 3 courses and were not rushed a single bit. Egg drop soup was legit, general chicken was on point. And even the fortune cookies were good... Well as good as a fortune cookie can be. We also had mules and mojitos, they were refreshing and reasonably priced.“
