Today I remembered why I stopped coming here. They don't have enough cashiers nor enough self checkout counters, so the lines are usually long.If you want to use cash, you'll have to wait even longer. Only one of the six checkout counters accepted cash today, which is the deal breaker for me. Paying with cash shouldn't mean that I have to wait six times as long as other customers, so I won't be going to this store again unless I need to. Overall, the store is pretty standard for the working class area that it's in. It's clean, organized and normally well stocked.

Curbside. I know everyone is very stressed but I just want to shout out to the Kroger curbside delivery at this store. It is a smaller neighborhood store and when days like today come around everyone is shopping and going crazy, a smaller staff is here but I am grateful for the curbside delivery people that keep working and keep a good attitude. I had good veggies and fruit selected. Thank you!

People, be very watchful of what you're being charged. I was ripped off on the raspberries that were supposed to be $1.25 on sale this past week. Well, guess what? I was charged a whopping $2.50 when I checked my receipt later after going home! They have a way of sneaking in higher prices (of course) than what the sale price said. Just be very observant and careful when checking out to try and avoid this rip off I encountered here at this store. Gas is too high to make a return for the money they owe me. smh...

self checkout lines have not been accepting cash/having problems with accepting cash for months. nobody seems to care to contact corporate to have it fixed. produce is questionable, dairy products often exipred. finally had enough of this location. now driving 15-20 minutes out of my way to go to another location.

This location is terrible. The employees can never answer a question about anything, they always say let me check then that person says let me check, it is a circle of I don't knows followed by never getting an answer. What little food they have stocked is not fresh looking at all, especially the produce. So many brown and expired items that if it wasn't because of job I would never go there.

This Kroger is very close but I usually take the extra time to go to the kroger further away. I give it three stars because the customer service is decent. Everyone is very nice and I know it's difficult working during Covid19 wearing a mask during summer. This store never carries a good stock of items, before COVID-19 or now. The other Stores manage too. I feel like this is Kroger's stepchild. One more thing, I asked the lady at the pharmacy about where to purchase masks at the Beginning of Covid19. She was very rude. I thought about changing my pharmacy to be closer to my new address, but I'll continue to do the drive to my pharmacist, who is always pleasant, 30 minutes away.

The intercom was so loud we had to just leave and the staff were using it to communicate with eachother so it never stopped. they added more products making the aisles closer together. Not fun for me or anyone else with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

I will no longer shop Kroger. They are real quick to take the money you owe them but don't like to give you the refund you are due. I shop online delivey because I don't have a car on 7/3 my order was totally messed up. I called spoke with Haley and thought everything was settled and would get my refund but 5 phone calls later and I still dont have my refund a have been told once again it hasnt been processed, they will send another email, there is no supervisor I can speak with and to give it another 10 business days. All I would like is the refund I was promised and to never deal with Kroger again after that. Im so frustrated because there are some of us who live paycheck to paycheck and cant be waiting indefinitely for their refund.

Okay, i don't know about you but when i was growing up my parents showed me that though jumped at the chance to help an elderly or disabled person especially when you see they need help. So I'm kind of disabled, i as m weak from recovering from chemo and radiation. It's been a while but still recovering not 100 %. So this kid sees me struggling with a 50 lbs bag if dog food (yeah i know) and i used a scooter, the kid works at kroger and instead of helping me he stood by, saw me closing the hatchback, hops on the scooter and says don't forget your cane. Drives off. Smh what else could i say?
