I really wanted to like this place, but it was quite disappointing. The rice has no flavor, doesn't taste like sushi rice. Just bland rice.I ordered the Kahuna size with NakedSalmon (plain raw) & Marinated Salmon with most of the vegetable ingredients. I also had them add the other sauces into it.All of it was just bland. I was starving, & eating this bowl felt like I was forcing myself to eat it.

My wife and I each ordered big bowls (the sizes are little, big, and kahuna, so big is the regular size) and by the time we added everything we wanted it came out to $40 something. The portion size was really great and I can eat a lot and I barely finished it. They’re generous with ingredients and the sauces are delicious. The music and vibe is very nice as well.

The food was horrible. Listen to the bad reviews. We have been getting Poke for years from Aina. I made a mistake wanting to try out a new place. Just all around awful. My husband and I couldn’t even eat even half. So bad and DoorDash wouldn’t refund us because it was out of their control.

Want to try out this place to support neighbors restaurant but very disappointed. 2 stars is for customer the worker is very nice not the place or food. Not a typical poke place. They dont let you see all the food item you want to add on your bowl. You can only tell them from the menu name only. All size dish for poke bowl is very little to offer. I want to see how they make it in front of me so i can tell tell i want less sauce or heavy sauce. The bowl look bland. I been eating poke bowl so many places but this place is a thumbs down.
I wanted to try this place out and had a chance to stop by on Friday this week around 5:30pm. It was hard to find a parking here. I ordered the Kahuna Volcano Bowl $16.25 (protein was salmon) with option cauliflower instead of rice or brown rice. It was $1 extra for that which made the total come up with tax $18.67. I was expecting the food would come out good and tatsy. However, it is not worth the price/not satisfied for the big bowl size at all. Also their salmon is not good quality either. I have come to many poke places but this one is not for me. So disappointed!

A lot of fresh rice, edamame, cucumber, etc. but the protein (salmon in my case) was a tiny portion in the "big" bowl and cubed so tiny. It also was a little off putting that you can't see your food being made, probably because the portion size is so small. I was so excited to see this place open near us but there are too many other good poke places in Houston and Katy to justify coming back.

Update 7/28- came again today. Got the marinated salmon and tuna! So yum!Cauliflower and brown rice are available as healthier base options. Food was good and fresh. Staff were welcoming and kind. Yummy poke!!
