Blockhouse is hands down the best coffee shop, especially if you're a parent of little ones! The outdoor seating and playing area is perfect for parents and kids. The coffee, tea and food are amazing. The staff is the friendliest! To the point that I don't even like going to other coffee shops anymore b/c it's just not as warm and welcoming. Overall I'd rate blockhouse a 10 out of 10 on every level!

Block House is a great little coffee shop in Richmond. I was there earlier today and they were a little busy and the customer service was excellent. Food and drink were very good. Even though they were busy the wait time to order and receive food and drinks was not long at all. I love the breakfast panini, bacon, egg and chorizo!

I am currently on a “no meat” diet and decided to come here and get their veggie sandwich with GF bread. When I took the first bite I thought it was going to be “boring” flavor wise, but once I got to the tomatoes I was very pleased with it. The tomatoes have a very good flavor and everything tasted very fresh, I’m typically a meat eater, so I didn’t expect to enjoy this sandwich but I still did. I do wish my matcha latte would had been filled up a little more, I feel like I missed out on 2 ounces ? but other than that, I say this place is a nice little hidden gem ?

I came here with my partner, and we decided to sit outside. I really enjoy the scenery of the city from this location and also they have a really nice patio and area inside as well. The staff is highly considerate and I really enjoyed my time at Rosenberg at this specific coffee shop.
