I haven’t always had the best experiences at this Chili’s location in the past, but this time was surprisingly great! It seems like they can be hit or miss, but I’m glad we decided to give them another shot.During this visit, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, and everything was prepared just right. It’s nice to see improvements, and I’m leaving this time feeling satisfied with our experience.While my previous visits may have been inconsistent, I’m happy to say that this time was a pleasant surprise. If you’re looking to give this Chili’s a try, I would recommend giving them another chance—you might be pleasantly surprised too!

As I said before the staff is on their toes and seem to be treating myself and everybody else as if they were the only person there.. the food is fantastic always and I love it.. the staff even made me feel great when I told them it was my birthday in casual conversation.. and they made my day.. thank you

I guess we came on a bad night because I see so many good reviews…which I noticed was during lunchtime. We came on a Friday night. I’ve never had a bad Chili’s experience until tonight. The staff was very nice, which was helpful. Some of the stuff was minor, but we had to remind the staff several times to change the tv to the Rockets game. My margarita came with our entrees (I ordered it way before). I asked if the margarita I ordered came in a different flavor and the waitress said she is not old enough to drink so she doesn’t know (I don’t think she understood my question, she should still know about the products she selling). The main things were the food- My Caesar salad was God-awful (and they charged me extra because I didn’t want the asparagus, which I can’t eat), my husband’s ribs (which Chili’s is known for), were dry and burnt. My steak came out medium rare, like I asked, but it was dry…? (Which is why I order my steaks medium rare). My daughter’s food order was wrong but she said she still wanted it. I’m so glad we had a gift card because there was no way in hell we were about to pay $70 for less than average food. I avoid Applebees to go to chilis but I probably should’ve given them a shot tonight. You all need to do better.

Nice and new. Pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed out visit. Have overlooked Chili's for years for no real reason. Food was awesome, some old favorites ( like the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich) are on the menu as well as tasty updates like the Nashville hot chicken crispers. And you probably need a spice margarita while you're there...

Tenders were over cooked on outside and undercooked inside.
We ordered on the app and received cold food and missing items from the order. We tipped in the app and the food was never delivered to the car. After waiting over 10 minutes we had to go inside to get the food. All in all this was a disappointing trip.

Favorite Chili's yet! It was obvious that everyone who was working was an exceptional team player. Usually, it's only the assigned server who comes by to check on our table, but at this location, several different members not only checked on us, but got us what we needed. And more importantly, they did it with a smile. No attitudes given. Truly impressive staff! Not even upscale restaurants offer this type of service.
Been here a handful of times, some to dine in and a few to pick up food. The staff has always been very friendly, welcoming and polite towards us. We usually get the same thing, baby back ribs in the dry rub variant with sauce on the side. Never disappointed with the quality of food for a chain restaurant. Overall, glad that they have a spot close to our home!
