I stopped by today for this location and there was an old lady Hispanic with red hair that was extrude. I asked for extra corn and immediately she said “1 more dollar” and I told her I eat in chipotle almost every day and I ALWAYS ask for extra corn without charge, well, she insist it and even told her co-worker to charge me for 3 spoons (in Spanish) but what she didn’t know is that I also speak Spanish, but the worst part was that after I ask for her name, she insulted me in front of other customers and in front of her other co-workers, well guess what, no other co-worker said anything and they didn’t want to give me her name.DO NOT TO TO THIS LOCATION OR IF YOJ ARE GOING THERE, TRY TO AVOD HER.

This is honestly the worst Chipotle in the history of any Chipotle locations. Today I went for dinner and the kitchen is just trashed. Clearly insanely behind on dishes. The area where food is clearly hasn’t been wiped down all day. Then get to checkout and I find two soda options and most of the lemonades are out. Okay fine pick a different drink. Go to get plastic ware and they’re out of forks — ask and confirm — yup out of forks. So I eat the bowl with a spoon and finish my meal.Head to the trash to throw everything away and…you guessed it.. all THREE trash cans are 100% overflowing and full.This location is the most poorly run Chipotle I’ve ever seen.

The customer service here ALWAYS sucks, atmosphere Sucks atrociously and the employees work like they aren’t getting paid it seriously blows my mind. I’ve had so many bad experiences here and always give them the benefit of the doubt on why they act the way they do. The two girls working tonight (cashier and lady right before the cashier) have literally no respect and while i was speaking to my parents about what to get (literally took 5 seconds and was not any rush behind us) and the lady adding sauces and corn etc repeatedly kept saying “anything else” in the most condescending rude tone and manner possible while the other cashier laughed at how she was treating us literally showing how rude and disrespectful they are. We were seriously just trying to decide on what to choose for our bowl and instead felt uncomfortable asking for food WE WERE PAYING FOR. Seems as customers are victims of employee bullying here fr and will be taking my business elsewhere. Get your act together bro this is ridiculous. It’s been 4 years and I kept trying to make their customer service okay, they just continued to decline and seriously have reached rock bottom. Go to the chipotle on 1464, bit of a drive but way better than this trash service.

The WORST customer service. The staff is RUDE, RACIST & GHETTO. The night staff is full of young kids who have no respect and shouldn’t be working around food. We went thru the lane to pick up our online order and the girl at the window rolled her eyes at us when we drove up and act like she didn’t see us. So we sat there for like 3min while she act like she was cleaning. So we honked the horn. She came to the window with an attitude. And almost dropped the food when handing it to us and then she slammed the window. I went inside and asked for the manager. The management doesn’t hold their staff accountable for anything. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! I asked for a supervisor 5x’s and all she kept saying was “She’s Busy!” I asked the girl for her name and she said Michelle. She needs to be FIRED!!!

Michelle doesn’t have costumer service skills.We asked if it was normal te size difference (because they didn’t have more chicken when they did the small one) and she was completely rude, unhelpful and arrogant.Definitely not the usual face you see at chipotle.She should work on the back if she can’t help a costumer.

Service was quick, but they ran out of chicken. And the dining area was a hot mess, it seems to get worse everytime I come.
