I literally have been waiting for the Midnight Mint to make its way back to the menu because it was THEE BEST cookie ever! Sadly, it hasn't came back in 2 almost 3 years. Anywho, the customer service was nice. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The store was clean, and that's all I can ask for. Good customer service and a clean store.

This is by far the worst Crumbl I have experienced. The cookies taste like tap water. I know the cookies are known for the gooey center. You can see the uncooked dough. Horrible!
