I just recently started trying Dutch Bros this year and I've enjoyed my experience ever since! The baristas are always super friendly, answer my questions, and give great recommendations on what to try. While the line is Intimidating, at times, it goes by fairly quickly.I was pleasantly surprised to find that the café was a walk up! Which really helps when you're on the go plus you don't get to see too much of those in the suburbs, mostly in the city. The time usually flies especially on a nice day.Parking: It seems fine now but they're building a Jack and the Box right next to it, so I'm not sure how it will affect the parking situation.

Usually stop by for a nice drink. I get regular service at drive thru but window service/walk up is a mess. There were no cars in line and both ladies saw me walk up. Was there for a while. Didn’t get any acknowledgment. I would recommend just driving up. I’m not sure why those two young ladies didn’t open the window. It wasn’t even close to closing time either. This is not the first time they’ve done this. Oh well…

First time going to a Dutch Bros and will not be my last. The staff found out it was my birthday and they all sang Happy birthday while my drink was being made. I also got a little Happy Bday written on my lid. Those details really made my morning. Thank you to this amazing morning staff

Small but mighty! Dutch bros has replaced my regular coffee place for political reasons and I can tell the people here must be paid better. Always so nice and open when taking orders or making coffee. It’s nice to be able to say you like the energy of the person who made your coffee!

Extremely slow, im always late for work in the mornings, I cant get anywhere on time in the mornings but this is my go to coffee place forever.
Came here last night with my husband. We love Dutch Bros but this isn’t our regular location, however we were close by this one so decided to stop by. My husband ordered a blended Golden Eagle. I ordered a salted caramel protein latte. I had a reward for a free drink in my app. We were also paying part of the balance with a gift card. Not that any of that should matter, but just including everything. After providing the young man working at the window with both my code for the free drink, as well as our gift card, both were processed with no issue. We then provided a credit card to pay the remaining balance for the two drinks. The cashier could not process my credit card despite multiple attempts. He even went and got the other iPad and credit card machine from the other employee who was taking orders at the window and tried my card there, Also did not work. At this point he seemed as frustrated as we were and said, go ahead and just take the drinks and go. It wasn’t like we were getting anything for free seeing as I had used my reward as well as a gift card to pay. Once we left after this 15 minute fiasco, we both realized that both of our drinks tasted absolutely disgusting. I have never ever gotten a drink, much less two drinks that tasted as bad as these two did from a Dutch Brothers. It was not only disappointing, but very unprofessional and not typical of our DutchBros experiences. My coffee tasted like a regular unflavored coffee latte. My husband‘s golden eagle also only tasted like coffee no other type of flavoring. And neither of us were asked if we wanted soft top. Our drinks were completely ruined after a 15 minute wait and I wasted my reward on a drink that I would’ve asked to be remade if we hadn’t already been held up so long due to the credit card issues. Overall a very disappointing experience, and we have agreed. We will not be back to this location.

Well had to stand around at the window. 15 minutes before knocking was finally acknowledged. All the while the 2 females glanced at me a couple times but ignored me. Then I order regularly then when the woman who walked up behind me about 14 minutes into my wait was given her drink free for waiting a couple of minutes whilst I was charged regular price and had waited 15 minutes smh. I'm a first responder on duty trying to get a drink in a timely fashion in case a call is directed to us. You no longer give first responders a discount ok but a least serve in a timely manner. Just won't be ever using this location again. I am a 6'5 220lb black man so maybe they didn't want to serve me at the walk up window or give me a complimentary drink for waiting.
