We went this afternoon because we had been wanting I-hop, and this is the closest one to the house, but, reading the previous reviews, I didn’t want to come, but we wanted to give it a chance. We were there for 20 minutes, and nobody came and greeted us. Usually, this wouldn't have been an issue, but when the restaurant is not busy, more customers come in after you, and they get greeted, and their food before you're even acknowledged is the issue. I had high hopes for this place, but their bad reviews validated my opinion of this restaurant. Do better.

NEVER ORDER delivery from this iHop. If they screw up the order, AND they will, THEY DO NOT CARE. The manager claimed to me that she loaded the order and did not make a mistake. So, there is nothing that she can or will do.

The absolute, more horrid, disgusting, retarded, ridiculous, atrocious customer service I have ever come across. A 2 hour wait for some pancakes should be a crime. I had to walk up to kitchen to let them know that other people exist in their store. I will make real sure that not a single soul I know or anyone who even suggests ihop, go to this exact location. Close this store down, the homeless down the street provide better service washing my windshield, than these monkeys that boycott their brain cells before clocking in
This place is an utter disaster and has been for years. Please don’t waste your time coming here. They are making zero effort to improve it. They should’ve shut this location down for health inspection

Went in for my daughter's birthday, and customer service was poor. The staff was overwhelmed by the nos of table allocated to her, she couldn't deliver. Served food took forever to bring the silverware.Parking: Richmond by 99.
Food quality is fine, it's IHOP. However, the floor was sticky and needing of cleaning. Also service was extremely slow. We waited well over 20 minutes just our drinks. The new manager wasnice and helpful. She has her work cut out with her service crew.We won't be returning, unfortunately this was the second time we received extremely poor service. The value for your dollar is not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Disgusting floors. The second you enter, your shoes stick to the floor from the grime. You can hear your shoes unsticking from the ground everytime you take a step.. if thats the case, i cant imagine the state of the kitchen. Ive been here a few times thinking it might just be a bad day but its consistently dirty! Sad because the area of this location is nice and the service is ok, but you would think they would be cleaner!!
