Paid $22 for a ultimate cheese burger, two tacos & a medium drink.They forgot my curly fries & I had asked for extra lettuce & cheese on my tacos cause they never put that on the tacos. I only come here late might getting off late shifts every now & then but every time I come to this location there's always an issue with my order. Smh

I remember there was a young Latino worker, he didn't speak English well but he always welcomed you with a smile and took good care of you. He hasn't worked there for a while. I really miss that boy, his name was Benito.?

Defeats the purpose of a 24 hr if you show up at 3 25 am and they tell you they are closed/ in between shift change ( which is requiring you to turn 5 cars in the drive thru line away)

Food was not freshly cooked vegetables on the burger was soggy, and meat was barely warm…A burger that will make someone sick with a stomach bacteria infection.And when you call to inform them about the issue, you receive a nasty attitude from the manager… if she was the manager…but no worries I’ll just bypass Jack n the Box and go to Whataburger…That location needs an upgrade with new employees who have a better attitude and understand the importance of customer service…someone who appreciates their job.

They says computer is not working from last 4 weeks. Seriously. Specially the night shift indians. It says 24 hours open but closes at 10 PM no one was there and door was locked.

Terrible service, they do absolutely nothing, they don't give a reason for anything, they just say to wait, for example, today I spent 30 minutes waiting for my order and in the end they told me that they were going to cancel it because nothing appears on the screen, the employees only talk and are lazy and They only talk to their colleagues and do nothing, some with cell phones in their hands watching video should do something with these people and an employee approaches us and tells us as if it were nothing that the cook was sleeping, which is why the delay was true. It seems that the employees are inconpemtent to work.
