None existing customer service. Found a long hair in our pizza my child gagged on.When calling them, the Manager Nayeli wanted me to drive all the way back (10 miles from where I live) to switch out for a new pizza. Totally ridiculous for a $10 pizza . Refused to give me a refund or have me come back another day.

Never had "hot n ready pizzas"(classicpepperoni) ready. Only the extra most best. And having to wait every single time or pay the extra 2$ is horrible especially for the slogan advertised.

My order today was very smooth and without any issues. I placed my order online and I received the email that my order is ready to pick up exactly on the time I ordered.As I arrived the store I used my QR code within the email to get my Pizza. The door of the Pizza Portal opened and I took out the hot box. The store was busy but I didn‘t had to wait which is very good for me. After 15 minutes drive back to my home the Pizza is still hot and was delicious.I had a very good experience with this store even I didn‘t have to interact with the staff.I will definately come back.One more time Thank You Little Ceasars Pizza at 1135 Crabb River Rd, Richmond TX 77469Best regards,Wintur

8/2/2023 The manager here shouldn't be a member of management, I asked the young lady working in the front of a manger was able , Because I know someone looking for a job. The young stated she's coming and never returned, after waiting 15 mins , I told her that's okay . The store didn't have customers this was 4:00pm in the evening, The lady was working the front and making pizza by herself, that's why I wanted to know if they help . Who owns this location you need to get rid your manager. Her customer service skills suck. ❌❌

Management sucked! I went to the Crabb river location and waited 2 hours for my 2 pizzas that I had placed online and when I asked how much longer they told me they are barely making it! I asked for a refund and manager said she would do the refund but not give the food for free to compensate on the wait time, she didn't offer anything! She did not take inconsideration that my kids were hungry and had to wait 2 hours for something that could of been 10 minutes! And when I asked her if i could speak to someone above her she said yes but then turned around and had the authacity to say here is your food and roll her eyes and walked off! That location lost a customer!

I usually just order to go .The food options are great . Sometimes I ask for stuffed crust pizza, and they will make it if they have some ,cool!They are fast , like I walked to the gas station to buy some drinks for my pop and came back to find my custom ordered pizzas ready !

This place seriously needs management or a report to the health department/ building inspection. There was arm scratching, hair scratching, and the counting change from the boy to the girl in front and neither washed their hands hands literally because I watched to see if they would this place is becoming very unsanitary which is sad because it use to be really nice and clean before COVID after that they stopped caring

Bunch of con artists never have the hot and ready pizza ready and upsell you on the extra most bestest. I'll be going to Domino's from now on for way better pizza and better deals.

I come here like once a week for my sons pizza we never have any issues with our food as is always fresh I don't mind waiting 5-10 minutes but I'm actually disappointed this time. We ordered the the slices and stixx special they have going on and the stixx which are my sons favorite were so salty and garlicky that he didn't even get to eat them.
