My favorite cookie place in the whole wide world. I’ve gotten a cookie cake every year for my birthday since I was 8. I love this company. The only suggestion I have is for the company to train the person who checks you out to ask you if the customer is are a Marble Slab rewards member so that we can continue to earn our points.

Absolutely awful experience. I went to one of these stores one day and got a few cookies. They were great. So my wife ordered a cookie cake from them for my birthday. Not only did they change the location of the pickup after the order was placed, but it took us to the mall to pick it up. I walk all the way into the mall to find out they don't have it. The guy knew what the order was, but said they don't have it there and it was at another store. He gave me bad directions to the other store and I couldn't find it. I called, and they wouldn't let me cancel the order until it gets approved by the district manager. So hopefully the manager sees this and realized they completely need to redo their system. So now I'm out $40 and got nothing except an empty gas tank.

Bar far easy worst marble slab creamry. Staff is too arrogant and with the kids they are not polite. Stupid staff kept throwing icecream from the top of the cup into the trash. The two ladies today 4/23/2023 faces were not welcoming but disappointing.I asked two ladies why making face when putting our order. They said to complain about us online.Never seen such customer service anywhere.
