I placed my order online today like I usually do from this location. I’ve never had a problem before. Tonight, with what appears to be an entirely new crew of people working there, the pizzas didn’t appear to be fully cooked and they forgot my breadsticks. So I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get the breadsticks.

Charged my card for online delivery said payment didn't got thru but still charged my card. Called the store told them what happened and I Didnt have enough to place the order again. And they said there's nothing they can do and that it would be back in the account in 3 days. Hopefully it will actually get refunded.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Papa John's, specifically with the manager, Jonathan Bacerra. Our pizza was delivered over 35 minutes late, and upon arrival, it was disappointingly cold.When we called to request a refund due to the temperature of the pizza, Mr. Bacerra not only refused but also displayed a rather aggressive attitude. It was disheartening to feel blamed for the inconvenience when we were simply seeking a resolution to the issue. The situation escalated, and unfortunately, the call ended with Mr. Bacerra hanging up on us.This encounter left me with a negative impression of the customer service at Papa John's. I believe a more understanding and customer-oriented approach would have been appropriate in handling this situation.Overall, I do not recommend ordering delivery from this location, as the experience was far from satisfactory.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this location. Not a single employee in the restaurant was wearing gloves. ALL of them were handling food with their bare hands.If that's not bad enough, the customer service is pretty bad in terms of time. I ordered online for carryout, showed up at the time specified in the email, then was kept waiting an additional 20 minutes.Fortunately, it was during that wait in the store that I noticed that EVERY SINGLE food employee there was handling the food with their BARE HANDS. They would stop, play with their phone for a few seconds to minutes, then go right back to handling the food.This is so UNSANITARY because I'm sure they've used the bathroom during their shift and all of our phones are very dirty. To be handling customer's food like that HAS to be some sort of violation. Either way, I will NEVER be ordering from this location again.Besides that, I didn't have any other problems with the employees in terms of politeness or anything because I didn't say much. I was able to get a refund during that extended wait time and left never to return to that location.

Food is great when you can get what you actually order. This is the 3rd time in my last 3 orders that they get part of my order wrong. Check your orders before you leave if you're picking up. It's annoying to have to drive back just to get what you originally paid for.
There’s nowhere to eat inside it’s literally just pick up and takeoff thinking to myself. Does any papa John’s really get a five star? I don’t really think so 4* is the highest it’ll go even if it’s a good location.

Ordered a very simple pizza for delivery for my daughters. Large cheese pizza with extra sauce. Delivery was on time. Crust was cooked to perfection. Normal amount of cheese melted all the way to the crust, was not center loaded. But, no extra sauce!

We ordered ahead to feed three growing boys for a sleepover. Supposed to deliver at 7. It is 8:06. Called once at 7:15 and were told it just came out of the oven and it would be here in 20 mins tops. Called again at 8 and spoke to the manager who said he was sorry but that was it. Very sad.
