My kids wanted Papa John’s for dinner and this was the nearest place on the way home from work. I placed an order for pick up and realized their prices were about $2 more than other locations for a regular XL cheese pie. Without much choice I placed the order and it was ready in 15minutes. Picked up the pizza and it felt kind of warm but didn’t have the fresh HOT pizza feel. It was only a 9 minute drive home and the Pizza tasted cold and the cheese was not even fully melted. Soggy crust with not enough sauce. Obviously for a fast food pizza chain I don’t expect much of the service and atmosphere, but more concerned over the quality of the food. I usually order from Papa John’s on university blvd across from Costco and theirs is way better. Crispy crust, good balance of sauce and cheese. The cheese is actually melted and has a very nice cheesy string pull. This specific location is more expensive and tastes bad.

Visited this location November 8th 2023 around 1:30 pm.As soon as I walked in the building I was greeted and asked what I would like to order. I ordered The Shaqueroni. I was told it would take approximately 10 minutes to whip up. Ten minutes later, it was ready. My food came out very hot and was indeed delicious.Addendum; This was the first time in a long time I'd been to a Papa Johns, would recommend visiting this location.

I was eating pizza from here and specifically asked for clean cut!! as i’m eating the pizza i notice that there is MEAT on one of the slices! This is absurd from a big chain like this you would expect some maintenance. Be careful from ordering from here! Manager is extremely rude as well when I spoke to him on the phone he had no care. Seriously sick people! Better pizza shops around, upsetting how rude the costumer service is and how unclean they are.

The absolute slowest pizza company location ever. Every time I order a pizza they quote 30 mins. After 1 hour I called the store, no one knows where the order is other than all orders have gone out. When asked about compensation, or coming to the store to pickup a new pizza, they stated they can't help me.

Here's the thing if you're going to charge higher prices then the pizza should match that pricing, the Large pizza is actually the size of a medium pizza and your New York style pizza looks NOTHING like v what is c advertised... basically the size of a normal Large pizza with very little pepperoni... you also charge a 4.99 delivery fee that is not part of the tip... last time ordering Pappa John's, if I'm paying this much I'll order from Brooklyn Pizzeria

Honestly wish I could give zero or even negative stars( no exaggeration) just very disappointed. Order my pizza and Oreo bites and never got a delivery text that the pizza was delivered didn't even ring my doorbell. Just left the pizza on my door step at night. Ants and other insects got all over the food. So I called and reorder but this time the pizza came and not the bites. The delivery driver was rude when I asked about the bits and he didn't ring the doorbell the second time either. I was just hungry at this point after wait almost 3 hours to eat that decided to eat and not trip. To my discovery the pizza was stale and nasty. And the metal thing that pizza sits under was left underneath the pizza (was confused about that). Really leaving this review because the quality was so bad my stomach is hurting. Called the store manger to report and he was rude and hung up. Overall terrible experience! Wish I took a picture of the pizza with the ants and insects but I was disgusting I throw it away immediately.
My food was delicious and cooked to perfection for wings and build your own papadia. The price was economic due to the Papa pairings pricing. The store was clean and organized. The csr was polite and considerate. Everything went off without a hitch.
They’re open until 12am. We ordered a pizza at 11:00 pm and they cancelled it after midnight. No explanation. Just never got it. We also got charged for the order that never got delivered.

Today I went to the store to pick my pizzas but what I don't like at all, the lady who worked there her shirt was full of dog hair. This is bad and not acceptable at all. At least change you shirt before making or touching pizzas ?. ?I will never order from this location

I would give more stars if possible. I had the best service of my life with Chaylin. Not only did he get us the best papa John’s pizza we’ve ever had, but when our car burst into flames he ran out and saved my Mr whiskers (cat). My wife was in tears and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Not only does this papa John’s employ the best servers out there. But also the bravest. Much love, and many kitten kisses.Parking: Easy access for fire trucks
