New location. Pizza is very good as is the service. Haven't had a bad pie yet. Sides are pretty good too.

the employees were great but the pizza was too expensive and wasn't that great I'd say save your money and just buy pizza at the store....paid $23 for a large pizza that just wasn't satisfying but the employees were great and the time I took me to get the pizza was not long at all!

If you want you food delivered use a different place, I thought that since they moved it would be a different story, but as always with Pizza Hut 2 hours to my delivery. Unbelievable, and then you can get anyone to answer the phone. PLEASE ORDER SOMEPLACE ELSE..THEY DO NOT DESEVER YOUR MONEY..

This place is terrible! We've ordered 4 different times and they haven't gotten it right yet. The first 3 times I made excuses for them, but clearly it's not that they are new. They are just bad! We ordered last night on the app and it showed 39min so I waited 40min before leaving the house. Upon arrival was told my order wasn't ready and it would take another 10-15min. Once the order was "ready" they opened the boxes and 2 of the 3 pizzas were wrong. They made one "right" by pulling off the sausage on one half and the other half they replaced with what was clearly a different pizza. (That also looked burnt. For the second pizza that was wrong, they told me they would remake it and should take 15min. After 20min I asked how much longer it would take. Only for them to realize nobody started on the remake. At this point I just requested a refund and left since my other two pizzas had been sitting for 40min at this point. We won't order from this location again. It's far easier to just drive to the West Airport location.

The order was set to be ready at 545pm. It was ready at 6pm. The operation was disorganized. The manager was barking orders at the staff.
Picked up an order previously and saw the delivery map, was told I was in delivery range, called for delivery next time and after 20 min call with call center then the store itself was told I was "outside" the range, after hearing the employees say my residence was only 10min away. Terrible customer service, but my fault for expecting more from Pizza hut. Yes, you can in fact out pizza the hut.

Place obviously doesn't know how to properly make the pizzas when placed online. 3rd time I've ordered since they have opened and 3rd time my pizzas were portly made or incorrect. I'll gladly do business elsewhere. And if ever I want Pizza Hut I'll drive further to get it.

I paid for tomatoes and I was charged for tomatoes on my receipt for my pizza. I did not get any tomatoes there was no tomatoes on the pizza. My meal was ruined. I paid $38 for my order and I didn’t get any tomatoes on my pizza which I paid for. It was really disappointing that they forgot the tomatoes. Tomatoes are my favorite ingredient. Very disappointed.

First, the order by phone took 15 minutes and I repeated the order 5 times.When picking up the pizza, they put more dough on it than pizza. 10 pineapples on one large pizza, 12 pepperoni on another and the bacon on both pizzas were not looked at or placed. Look at the photos.
