My bro was there today for the special Tuesday (thigh and leg). The lady in there was lie to him that’s unacceptable, she said they dont have that special when I regularly got that over there. Painful for the people working in service and lie to their customers.

After pulling into the drive thru and ordering, I was asked to park in front of the store. (The people in front of and behind me got their orders and left without delay). I waited 15 mins before walking into the store to continue to wait on my food which wasnt even being made yet. The lady behind the counter is the only saving grace in this situation (and the only reason I'm leaving 3 stars for service) as she offered me a drink while I waited.

Staff was drinking a white claw and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for about five minutes after I saw that they just all looked at me and they kept doing what they were doing. Didn’t say nothing. I laughed outside of the property. LANDSCAPING hasn’t been cut. Looks like in months.
I placed an order on Uber Eats and I only received 3 orders out of 5 orders that I placed and I have filed a report and they have said that they cannot give me a refund and I have called the restaurant and they do not answer. The food is delicious, but they always give bad service and it's not the first time that happens to me????

I was at this location a couple weeks ago and had a very mean manager named Alejandra. I ordered a blackened sandwich plain and a Large diet coke. When I arrived home the sandwich was not plain nor blackened. My Diet coke was not diet and it was medium not large. I AM ALLERAGIC TO CRISPY AND I AM DIABETIC I CANNOT DRINK REGULAR COKE.

Soooo dissapointed told the staff please make sure 2 pieces of chicken not spicy for my 4yrs old and also reminded them again 8 spicy but 2 pieces not spicy they nodded yes we got it...when i got home guess what gave my son a piece that i thought was not spicy but it was..tries all pieces they were all spicy...my son was soo sad because he coudnt eat any..had to find something else for him to eat..i came here because of him..coz he loves chicken am sooo disapointed maybe coz this workers are young and dont care..but this place way new..already having reviews..management needs to review..coz from now on i would rather go to popeye close to sams club never had promblems with ma order!!!!
