The Pho I got was too salty and didn't even really taste like pho. No greeting when we entered, rude waiter that barely checked on us even though we were 1 of 3 tables. Ordered spring rolls, and they brought us the wrong thing later, then charged us for the wrong thing even though we didn't even touch it and asked just to get the spring rolls. The noodles in the pho came out still in a tough block like they were just dumped in before being brought to us.

I got extra shrimp and they brought it in a plastic bag with the shrimp attached to the hot plastic! What sense does that make? Now it’s inedible? The manager didn’t care and the staff were so clueless as to why this is a hazard. No one wants to eat plastic! Will not be returning. Food was mediocre as well!

I orders the rice platter dish and the rice was wet almost like porridge... how do you mess up cooking rice at a restaurant. The egg roll comes with the rice wasn't crunchy and soaked in oil, seems to be old egg roll. The meat wasn't really special in terms of taste either...

This one has to be the best Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond TX. Great food, great service, clean, calm and welcoming atmosphere. We don't have to go to Bellaire to have authentic Vietnamese food.
