Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru line for an order of medium tator tots… watched as they handed out food to the cars behind me. In my mind this process takes up to 5 minutes if it’s super busy - not 15 minutes when the store is dead.

This location is okay. Their app is always down but Kaylee general manager is very helpful when that happens and gives us half price drinks. Would go there more if app worked consistently. 5 stars for kaylee!

The person at the drive thru window was rude. I placed an app order. He came out and asked why I didn’t order at the window. I told him I tried to check in the drive thru but he didn’t answer. I explained that I placed an app order. And he replied, “well you can wait” and he walked away. The comment was rude to say and unnecessary. I waited in the drive-through, received my order and asked to speak with a manager. He was wearing a manager tag. He said “she’s not here” so the I asked for him his name and he said that I could not have his name. Since he refused to give me a way to identify him to report his poor customer service, I’m attaching his picture.

it’s a Thursday night November 2 at 7:05 PM whoever the owners of this location needs to be aware of their staff and how they treat people in the drive-through… My card was having issues being ran at register, but instead of asking for a different card I watch them take it off and run it over and over and over in a scanner and once handed back to me was destroyed! When I try to speak to the drive through girl, that were working they said sorry ma’am and slam the window in my face… I hope the owner of this location or the manager is made aware of this, because if that’s how you’re gonna treat people, that are coming to your establishment .I will make sure people know not to go there anymore! Very rude!

Worst chicken dinner I've ever seen, looks like it was thrown together and chopped up on the way out. Plus the drinks had no ice and were half full. This is shameful, I've worked at Sonic before and it's not hard to make this simple order. I wish I could get my time and money back or at least get someone to do their job like my boss expects me to do mine. I hope their grease trap catches on fire.

I ordered 3 milkshakes. It took so long that they were melted when I got them.It said my order was on the way, they went to the bay beside me and when told it wasn't the right order, went back inside with my shakes. I waited even longer just to get chocolate milk...They KNEW those shakes were melted yet gave them to us anyway. I didn't want to wait ANOTHER 15 mins for new ones, so I just left.Don't go here if you want speedy service or actual milkshakes.

Spent 25 minutes trying to pick up an online order with 3 soft drinks. App wasn't working, so we tried 3 regular stalls for about 4 or 5 minutes each, then proceeded to the drive-thru to wait 10 minutes before finally getting our now watered down drinks.
