I'm so glad I ignored all the 1 star and other bad reviews slamming this place, and ate here! I ordered 6 corn dogs, 3 grape slushies with nerds, cherry limeade, cherry limeade and a large order of cheesesticks! I am 34 weeks pregnant and I was craving hot fried corn dogs! I got hot Freshly fried corn dogs! I ate 3. Kids liked them. My cranberry limeade taste exactly like it should and so do the other drinks! Thanks for satisfying my pregnancy craving! Plus my server who brought my food was cheery and friendly! I recommend this location!!!! ?

I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito combo and what I received was a jr sausage breakfast burrito. I didn’t get a receipt so I’m unable to do anything since I was heading home and that’s when I found out it was the wrong order.

Waited 30 minutes for a coney and a cookie dough blast after a 12 hour shift. What I received was cheese tots and a cup of vanilla soft serve. Not what I paid for obviously and not at all a dinner when what I ordered was barely dinner to begin with. Will not attempt to eat here again. Not worth the risk.

My whole food order WAS NOT hot and fresh out of the grease like I kindly asked for! The onion rings taste funny and left an after taste in my mouth (grease need changing).I was on my lunch break so I couldn't go back. When I tried calling...one ring and the answering machine picked up with voicemail message that it was full.

I don’t know why I even bother with this Sonic anymore. Today, I order onion rings, pulled the bag out and they are literally soggy and on a ball…not to mention the burger was cold and a bun drowned with mustard. Never again.

I asked for a jalapeno burger with no cheese and I got a jalapeno burger with double cheese. I also asked for a junior burger with no ketchup and mustard and I got two buns with a bear Patty and nothing else. No lettuce no pickles nothing.

Poor Customer service. Lack of leadership. Telling customers the wait is 30 minutes. Then allowing customers to wait 1 1/2 hours only to tell them that they will not get food because they closed. Very unorganized and misleading communication. Super bad customer service.

They were so rude and we went at 8:30 on Christmas which is a busy day he said it would 20 min but I was expecting it to take around 45min because it was busy and the food never came and we waited 1 hour 30 min went to the door waited there for 10 minutes and they said we’re closed and said they would refund. “like…”-Ice spice

This place is dead. A shell of what it once was many years ago. Obviously ownership is putting zero money into the facility. No menus to order from. Orders taking 30 mins in the drive thru line, and still totally wrong. Please close down, or sell to someone who would actually install menus.

Why would the drive-thru attendant ask you if you want your change back? Then short your change? It's a drive thru! THEN, my $2 corndog came out hard & very dry. Talking about entitled! After repeated 'touch-n-go' visits, I've had enough. To the business owner, please improve your training & quality control or you'll just be another empty building. I have too many other options in lieu of Sonic. I really want our neighborhood businesses to thrive but not in exchange of this.
