tater tots were beyond their prime. sandwich bun was burned. tried to pass off a junior sized sandwich as a regular sized sandwich. The other sandwich was so over cooked, it couldn't be eaten. In addition, I will be watching my credit card closely because the person at the window demonstrated .The other sandwich was so over cooked, it couldn't be eaten. It is safe to say that I will never go back to this location. Absolutely the worst sonic I've ever been to.

For some reason it took forever for my order of large onion rings and medium cheese sticks to come , we wait red atleast 20 minutes which is odd and when I got the order which was brought out by Javier who was really nice and caring , the food was very cold and the onion rings came out all broken and tattered ( picture inserted) stuffed in a small bag like they were crammed in and rushing my packed , I could tell they were very short staffed and only one person was serving everyone . Taste was alright but it was nothing to the standard of receiving hot fresh steaming crispy onion rings which I am so used to from Sonic.

After waiting for 15 minutes the Fries and Tots were cold but didn’t discover until we were a mile down the road. Tried to call but the voicemail we full. Not a fan!!

Honestly the worst service i've ever had ive been here for an hour and we had to go to TWO not one but TWO carhops one of which was broken the other they didn't even acknowledge so we decided to go through the drive thru a man said just a minute we waited for 15 decided to go up to the window they said the "power went out" it's sunny... so the guy took our order And COULDNT EVEN DO THAT we had to repeat ourselves at least five times and now we are sitting here for even longer to wait for our food this is the worst sonic service i've EVER had and i've lived in the neighborhood for years!Update 12:41 and we still haven't gotten anythingUpdate 12:57: finally got our food after forever

This location always gives us problems. We like to get milk shakes but every time we go in the evenings well before closing time, we are told the machine isn’t working. Out of the few times the machines “were working” they gave us the wrong flavors.

This is the worst sonic ever!! Idk what’s going on, I’ve given them a couple of chances but not anymore. The times I’ve gone I had to wait over 15 min at the drive through speaker not a single word until I was about to leave.

The absolute worst location. Their mixer is conveniently always not working after 8PM, all the workers seem lazy and too busy on their phones to make anything.

Pulled up to a stand number just to wait and them tell me to pull through the drive through.. I was confused on why when there were other customers at stall numbers.. then pulled to the drive through and they told me one moment .. literally 5 minutes later I’m like hello ?? And nothing . So the driver behind me is frustrated with me because she thinks I’m taking forever to order when in all reality the sonic workers are not responding to me. So I pull up to the window and ask what’s going on and the sonic worker said what do you mean ? Then sends someone else to take my order as she walks away laughing. I finally order them try and pay via Apple Pay and she said they don’t accept Apple Pay. Then I hand her a large bill and she said they have no change in the drawer to break my bill. I left after that. I’ll never come back to this location. Understaffed and horrible location

Worst sonic in the area I never have Problems at any other sonic but this one every time it’s something all the workers are lazy or maybe it’s the management they don’t want to do their job if you order in a lane they will tell you to go through the drive thru because they are too lazy to walk it out and then have you in the drive thru for an hour because they just mess around inside instead of preparing your food all the workers are so rude like I am inconvenience to them!!! Get new workers

I usually don’t leave reviews but too many times have I had a interesting experience at this location. I will still continue to go if it is convenient in the direction I’m driving but this is probably my least favorite location.1. Went to this location around lunch time all I ordered was a drink. Waited 20+ minutes after checking in online for my order. There was maybe one other person there. Still no order. So I drive around to the drive thru and grab my drink2. Went again to get a online order. The only other car in the whole lot was in the stall next to me. I waited 10+ minutes before finally just pressing the button on the stall. I forgot to also add there were no workers inside. After I pressed the button someone in the car next to me with a head set on! Pops up and says through my speaker “can you pull around the stall speaker isn’t working”……..probably because you’re sleeping in your car and not actually inside the building. I say I’m just there waiting on my order and he quickly gets out goes inside and makes the drink and brings it out.3. On multiple occasions I have had and order brought out to me that has been the complete opposite of what I have ordered

This place just keeps going down hill, especially the evening staff. They are very rude and impatient. They rush you through your order and give a bad attitude. They honestly just sound miserable.I ordered an oreo blast and a couple of drinks and they made everything very sloppy. The oreo blast barely had any oreo in it and absolutely none mixed into it. Do better guys.

This might be the worst sonic location on the face of the earth. The speaker has been broken for at least three years. The service is always slow. The system goes down frequently. I’ve never not went to this location and had an issue. It got to the point that I just stopped eating there. I gave it a chance today and of course the young man tells me their entire system just shut down. Throw the whole restaurant away.

My friend and just left this Sonic. We sat in our car waiting to order for 10 minutes without someone answering the call button. No one else was ordering, though the place was open. We gave up and left to find food elsewhere. You've lost our business today.
