Store have flies and don’t even have cups to drink water. And refused to provide soda cups to pour water as was told that they were for soda only , and I ended up buying soda . Bread is very hard to chew as well. Unfortunate. Customer service was bad.

The lady that took my order put my meatballs in two cups with foil. I asked to put them in a bowl, because I on my way to work and didn't want them to spill in my car. They said it's for salads. I said ok, then charge me for the salad and still refused to give me a bowl even though they had put the meatballs in a bowl the last time I went there. Bad management because she was there when the employee put them in a bowl and said nothing about it then. If my old manager from subway in the Woodlands area were close I'd of gone there instead. Love this location. the store super cool with the new remodel look. Employees are nice and friendly. They were really fast in making sandwiches and getting the line move fast. In and out in 5 minutes! Highly recommend this location.

Disgusting staff member went from mopping the floor to making my sandwich without washing her hands. Also, they put mayonnaise on everything, I hate mayonnaise. It was also hard to find because the open sign was not turned on.

Very tasty. They didn’t put olives on it, and it had that odd taste and smell all subways have, but it was very nice

I recently had a terrible experience at Subway. The customer service I received was extremely unwelcoming and downright rude. To make matters worse, I found a strand of hair in my sandwich and immediately brought it to the attention of the bartender. Shockingly, the guy didn't even bother to apologize or offer a replacement. It was beyond disappointing and I can confidently say that this was the worst Subway I have ever been to. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you value good customer service and hygiene.

Bad customer service. Should improve thatWe went on 1/1/23 and the hosts there were too "unhappy" to have cxs. We asked about certain type of bread and the older lady told us: "Can't you see that we wrote that we are out of it" !! If they are uncomfortable to work in the 1st day of the year, simply let them stay home

I live a few minutes from this location but can't keep coming here. ALWAYS a disappointment and massive waste of time. Google says they open at 9 but these guys have 0 consistency. Save yourself the trouble and make the extra drive.
