Got the craving box for 9.99. Drive thru menu broken so it was difficult to recall name of products.The 4.99 box is gone. Was a good deal.Tonight's food was terrible, cold and old.Teenagers running store front, neglecting duties.The food preparation has to get better.

Worst customer service ever this is New Year’s Eve and the big fat guy inside has the worst attitude and worst service ever they gave me the wrong order and I waited there for a whole hour and asked for a refund. He said he got a wait on that. I’m busy and refused to take my receipt and one of the employers park, their car, in the driveway and got back inside so no one can order through the drive-through because they were busy pick a different job my guy

I took the kids here because they wanted it. I don't eat at TB. The kids through holy fits because they didn't have cheese for their nacho fries! But they are very spoiled.

Please be careful when being served at this location. There seems to be negligence taking place when serving ground beef due to its consistency. The nachos ground beef was watery and after consuming it. I dealt with 3 days of being in bed and not being able to hold anything down. Very upset stomach and the rest that comes with that experience. The quality of food at this location has significantly dropped. I will not be coming back or eating at a taco bell anymore.

Drive-thru was backed up and had to pull around and wait for a bit of time. They were extremely apologetic and even threw in a few taco vouchers. Food was excellent perusal at this location and customer service was exceptional.

Friendly staff and quick to give you your food. Food is nothing extravagant but it will satisfy your late night cravings. Can't ask for anything else from a fast food joint. I'm glad they're open till 4am.

-The heavy set guy making the food was nearly blowing on all the food!-Bathroom was filthy with the sink terrible similar to a gas station bathroom.-The portion size was the smallest in 40 years I’ve experienced.-Alex was the only friendly employee there.-The girl Mgr on duty could not even provide my 1st receipt in which I paid $20 approx.-Would never come back here again!
Placed an order online… got there, spotted my order… it’s behind the counter so I can’t just grab it. Waited at the counter while several employees including the manager just gave me a look. After 5-7 minutes the manager said if I want to place an order I can use the kiosk.. I said no ma’am my order is actually sitting right there… instead of her grabbing it, she said that some one will be right with me. I had to wait another 5 mins for the drive thru person to assist me. It took 5 mins to make my order but and 12 mins for them just to hand it me. ??♂️

We go to this Taco Bell at least once a week and I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. They are always so freakin nice and polite. We always get great service and they always get our order right. They are truly the best!

Stood there for 15 mins.. no acknowledgement. So I ask is it better to get in drive thru lane for help? She say or order from the machine behind me!! Shocked I had not noticed the machine at all. What has happened to at least saying oh we don’t take your order anymore go use the machine for food!!

I walked in, was forced to use the kiosk. Couldn't find what I wanted on the machine. Walked out... don't need the aggravation... I hope the saved enough money killing costumer service to make up for me never setting foot in the place again. Customers service is truly dead there. Fortunately there is a Whataburger across the parking lot.
