I have to say i rarely eat at a taco bell but decided to stop here and eat in. We walked in to order and seen people using self order but were a bit confused they asked manager for assistance and she responded very rudely "use other machine if that one doesnt work" they responded we never used it before do we have to start over? She said " i guess so and walked away". I began to ask do we have to use self order option? She said "yeah im the only one here" but she just standed there doing nothing. I had to go thru drive thru to order which made it completely unpleasant.

I swear it's like the people they hire don't know how to read. Whatever you order like "add tomatoes" or "add rice" they totally ignore and you end up paying extra for nothing. In my 40 years in the restaurant business when it happens consistently it means the owner is asleep at the wheel and doesn't care. Don't eat here. Had to wait 5 min for my online order, which was on the online order rack. There were 3 employees, two were just talking, and the drive-through person was just on her cell with no one in the drive-thru. The manager, Leticia, was her back office on a personal call, and she saw me standing there for a while. Finally, she got up with this mad look on her face, saying, "Order there" in broken English. I told her, "My order has been placed, and I just need someone to give it to me. I anybody working today?" She said,'Weez all wordking.'

Order taker/cashier was good, but because he forgot to tell the preparers no sour cream, I had to tell them when I got my food. Because it didn't show it on the receipt, they gave me a little pushback. I had to get the cashier to let them know that he made a slight error. Taco Bell Grande. It gave me the opportunity to have them eliminate the beans as well. Once I got the remix, it was finger licking good. Oooh, that cheese sauce.

I'm absolutely done with taco bell as a whole due to the experience from this one store. I came back twice for one order due to the food being cold repetitively. Come to find out, all they did was put the food in the little heater to warm it up. 3rd trip was because they forgot my sauce. Took me 30 minutes to actually leave the parking lot and there were no cars in line with me.Now, on to the aftermath. Very bad case of food poisoning. I really paid $15 for food poisoning. I was throwing up and pooping from 1am- 3pm. I AM NOW JUST FEELING A LITTLE BETTER! i'm done with yall!
