Would give zero stars if I could!We used to be very frequent goers to this location. We ordered two cheesy rice and bean burritos and two chicken enchilada burritos, and the staff gave them to us all with very little filling, on top of which they messed up our order giving us 3 cheesy rice and bean and only one chicken enchilada burrito.Forgetting the food, this location has one of the WORST MANAGEMENT I have ever seen! The person who made our order was not admitting his mistake, accused us of lying, and consistently screamed at us, when all we asked was for was one Chicken enchilada burrito which they forgot to give us! That too, the entire time we were very polite since mistakes can happen sometimes.We were screamed at insulted, and the food was beyond mediocre. New staffing is a must! ONE OF THE WORST MANAGED Taco Bell’s we’ve ever been to!

I ordered through drive thru. Of coarse the order was not right and they left out one of my order. This Taco Bell staff needs to be fired and start over with people that care. I won’t come back to this location that needs to be called Crapo Bell.

Went to ordered, stood there for a few minutes looking at the menu waiting for service.Finally a woman came up, asked if I was ordering or picking up I said ordering.She pointed at the kiosk and said order there where two group of people were ordering and having trouble with it. I laughed thinking she was playing. Nope she turned around and walk away.Luckily there was a KFC next door that was about to take my order.Very pathetic, you get an hr lunch driver to a place you’re craving just to get that kind of service.
Came here on a late night because I was craving Taco Bell. All of my food was cold. My taco was soggy and broken. Food wasn’t worth the money.

Even though the food is totally great here, the service might be one of the worst I've seen. There are so many things messed up with the service. If you just walk in the store and order something it will no lie take them half an hour just to make ONE taco. I never really eat there so I don't know about the atmosphere but the high chairs are all really wobbly and the tables always have trash on them. Another time I went with my son here to get him 2 black bean chalupas. I already ordered on the app, but then they said they had no chalupas and they wouldnt give me a refund. I had to go and fill out a form that took 15 minutes to fill AND i had to wait a week for a reply. The only good thing here is the food. Don't waste your time coming here, just go to another location.

Takes them half an hour to prepare one meal, like this is Taco Bell not some fancy restaurant....Pre-ordered 2 tacos on the app. When I got there they had no tacos but they wouldnt give me refund so I filled a form that took 30 mins to fill and had to wait a week for my refund. Lady was also very rude. You also have to order on a digital screen thing near the door, not in person. I never eat at the restaurant but the tall chairs are all wobbly and trash and leftovers on table. Back to the earlier story when I was waiting to receive my order instead of telling me there were no tacos, they just ignored me and were talking to each other and laughing.Don't waste time by coming here. The drink station is not kept clean either.As a vegetarian, I recommend black bean chalupas or spicy potato soft tacos.Vegetarian options: Mostly meat options, but vegetarians can also eat here with many choices.Kid-friendliness: Many options for kids.
