They did an AMAZING job on my daughter’s three-tier birthday cake. Executed it so well from the inspiration photo. I don’t think many people are fond of fondant but the actual cake inside and filling was delicious. I’ve only tried coconut and red velvet and both are wonderful.

Wow! My wife loved her cake! They were able to make this cake for me on two days’ notice!Not only did it look good — it tasted amazing! I chose white chocolate and butter cream frosting. Requested she not make it too sweet and she delivered!Will definitely be back!

Bought some goodies from this place. The brownies were absolutely delicious and very moist. Everyone loved the heart shaped sugar cookies with raspberry filling. The cupcakes-scrumptious. Customer service is excellent. I will use this place, again. .

Bought some chocolate cookies from here and they were rock hard. Tasted beyond days old, and Completely inedible. Should’ve brought them back to the store but just threw them away. We won’t come back here again.

I really like the taste of dulce de leche cup cake however my only reservation was the quality of the cupcake lacked fluffiness. This could be a game changer if the quality was improved because the flavour was very good. Will try again and hope for the change to be implemented
Service was phenomenal. I came in with an idea and was shocked at all the different options and flavors. But was even more pleased with the execution and taste of our cake. This will for sure be our new family bday cake spot. Not to mention all the other treats on display looked awesome. We tasted a brownie and it really tasted like it was from home. The owners are very nice and their wonderful attitudes and smiles are greatly appreciated.

I visited The Baking Cup a few days ago and I purchased one of their Red Velvet cupcakes, which was delicious!! I'm not much of a fan for sweets, but my wife and I really enjoyed it. Service and presentation was great! Will definitely be trying out their other sweets again....highly recommend this bakery in the Richmond area!!
