The second star is a mercy star for all the times we've gone there in the past but today was a walk-out. The folks were having breakfast, me a burger. They hadn't eaten yet, I had. Theirs is up for pickup but being held for mine. I ask the waitress if she could go ahead and bring theirs out and she replies "that's not what I do." I'll give them some time to come around again.

we need a place for breakfast out in our neighborhood...but sadly this ain't it...having no where else to go a few weeks ago...several of us met there for breakfast....the waitress was surly ...not happy to see anyone ....maybe she isn't a morning person? ..have to ask for menus ...eggs ...well they were ok....toast not so much..how can you screw up toast? you don't leave it in the toaster long enough....powdered coffee creamer? Why? ...no one there but us but we have to flag the waitress down for more coffee....then when she brings us our check (before we are finished eating) she gathers up the ketchup and hot sauce as if we were going to make off with it....the place is neat....and could be a great gathering spot if someone (anyone) would pay attention as to how a DINER should work....hope it gets better....

Went for breakfast. The menu looked good. Food was OK, but nothing exceptional. Service was bad, when the waiter came around at all. we went twice in two years, but this was a waste.

Ordered the beef fajita breakfast tacos this morning.100% will be ordering again. That beef was worth every penny.Edit: In my opinion, most of negative reviews reflect the ignorance of the times and an utter detachment from reality. "Someone didn't wait on me hand and foot during the pandemic. I don't care about the labor shortage, me, me, me."I got great service (even got a free coffee while I waited), but if I didn't, I would remember that labor participation rates are at an historically low level in addition to supply shocks, and expecting the same level of service (from any establishment) you've been accustomed to your entire life is absolutely ignorant.

Worst experience EVER!!! First the waitress was VERY UNFRIENDLY AND LOOKED AS IF SHE WAS ANNOYED THAT MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE THERE. She never smiled, never engaged with us. She looked as if she hates her job and really didn't want to be there. SECONDLY, The food was terrible. It lacked flavor and was very tasteless. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was very bland. My daughter ordered pancakes, bacon, and eggs and all lacked seasoning and flavor. The eggs were runny and undercooked. Overall it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Please DON'T waste your money. There are much better places to eat with much better service. Will NOT be going back again.

Stopped by this morning for breakfast because little diners always have the best breakfast tacos. Tad took my order and was very nice - it was his idea to put the sign on the street that drew me in - Great job Tad lol ; my breakfast taco was so yummy! Sausage, potato, egg and cheese - it was filled to the brim ( do tacos have brims? Lol ) so totally worth the money. Wrapped in foil so it stayed hot until I got home. The iced coffee was great too! This will be my new go to spot for breakfast tacos.

The food is incredible, I love the country Benedict. Very clean and I enjoy cooking here.The reason for the low rating is the service is horrible. I had to ask several times for coffee refills and silverware and most of the time my waiter was nowhere to be found and the manager had to bring me what I needed.
First of all, this place is under new management so I would disregard the old negative reviews!The restaurant was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly and I had coffee in front of me as soon as i sat down. Fast service.It was one of the best breakfast meals I’ve had in a long time. The potatoes were perfectly crisp. The scrambled eggs were spot-on. The Millionaire Bacon…. incredible! The coffee was an excellent cup!Will definitely come back again, and can’t wait to try the lunch menu!

I’m not sure what happened to this place. My family and I used to enjoy going on the weekends for breakfast or brunch but the place has completely changed from what it used to be. The food quality and portion size has gone downhill over the last year. There would be times that the food was okay but it was very hit or miss. The service has also gone very quickly gone downhill. It used to be slow but at least the servers were pleasant which goes along way with us. What finally got us to stop coming here was our visit a couple weeks ago. The restaurant was completely empty except for maybe one table, we walked in and said table for four. The server doesn’t say anything walks off to a table wipes it down and comes back and doesn’t say a word. So I ask him can we get a table and he says “yeah that one” and points from the host booth to the table he had just cleaned. I have never experienced this before but hey people have bad days so we go to the table. That’s where the horror show happened. As we are sitting down there are flies flying around the table, two of which land in the table and although we are all shuffling about getting situated the flies just stay there inches way from my husband’s and son’s arms. If there are that many flies in an area where there was no food can you imagine what the kitchen had? We instantly walked out and unless I start hearing great things about this place my family and I won’t come back. It’s a shame because it truly was our little goto place. Please bring back the great quality food and hire servers that actually want to be working there and have some sort of customer service skills.
