Never answer their phones especially canceling orders. I would give a zero if there was an option. Rude and hangs up on customers.

Went to the store and tried to call no one answered at 8:38pm when I know they close at 9 and two workers were purposely hiding to avoid taking orders, no one answered despite there being another car behind me as well. The location was 5620 West Grand Parkway s in Bella Terra, on 02/06/24 and it was two young men, one was white and the other black. Please fix this issue so this doesn’t happen again. Super inconvenient to drive somewhere only to have the workers not wanting to work.

The panini was delicious and I also had a smoothie. I'm not a fan of smoothies but it was very fruity and delicious. I ordered on the app and when I got there my order was ready and employee was quick and attentive when I arrived.

We think their smoothies are delish and affordable! We have received decent service at two Katy locations … the young people working were polite, if not very interactive. One location was neat as a pin, the other needed a little attention, but nothing major.The ingredients are fresh and the price is downright refreshing for the size of the smoothie! You can choose some nice add ons, too.We’ll be back … especially because it’s so nice to have some clean, real food options to feed our grandkids when we need a “fast food” option.

Low rating today because I received an email for a free smoothie for my birthday, and I was unable to use it!! The young man, I assume couldn't trouble shoot or assist me with getting me my free smoothie. He just said that he couldn't do two scans at once. Whatever that meant!

Good healthy-ish option right by my house...my husband and I used to go about 4x a week- but now employees working the DRIVE-THRU WINDOW are extremely pushy with tip. Today the young lady told me my total and then asked me if I wanted to tip either 15% or 20% or leave a different amount. like it wasn't optional- and on my $25 bill- that would have been an additional $5 for a drive through service. I said I'll just pay the total- and she said "so you don't want to leave a tip?" ....then my food was not made correctly. We'll be going to another Tropical Smoothie Cafe from now on.
Sandwich came burnt and when I brought it to the front the shift manager asked me what was wrong with the sandwich and said that’s how it’s made!??? Service needs improvement please. He did remake but reluctantly.

Been to several Tropical Smoothies in my days. All I can say is things are definitely not how they used to be. My wrap barely had any protein at all so much that I asked the employee at the store if this was the right order . The service was good, the establishment clean. But will not be returning for food. No way for the price ! Not to mention the sweet potatoes were not cooked all the way through
