The customer service here is terrible, when I was ordering my food the workers thought it would be funny if they talked as fast as they could, and in the background you could hear the other workers laughing. Do not go to this location the workers are terrible people and give the worst service.

Sadly the systems were down for taking orders but the employees were very nice and explained and thankfully the Wendy's app was getting through so I downloaded the app. Easy ordering process. Easily customizable options!! I immediately got back in the drive thru and my food was read y within 2 mins! I barely waited at all. Thanks! Food was fresh and hot too!

This place was awesome! I literally went through the drive through in a minute and my order was correct and the food was fresh! I never have went through a drive through that fast and there were several cars in front of me. Very impressed!

Lines around the building for McDonald's and Wendy's breakfast is so much better. I recommend anything on a croissant with honey maple butter

I've tried this location several times, one of the mgrs Louis does a good job of taking care of his customers, however when he's not there the place is not worth going to. Last three times I've been he was not working that day. Two of those times the female employees that took my order were too lazy to scan my Wendy's barcode. This time another mgr. waited on me was argumentative and just plain rude. My cup of chili was only about1/3 full. He refused to provide the amount I paid for. I'm definitely through with this location and probably Wendy's altogether based on the poor service and attitude from the employees at this location. I'm only sorry that Yelp requires at least one star to post a review

The level of HATRED, and yes thats a strong statement... but the Absolute rudeness and give-a-f*@k in the way they treat the customer is Insane to me, I truly cannot believe this store is open. Enjoy waiting until they DECIDE to take your order, and good luck if for any reason you need anything "extra" from what they shove at you close the window and walk off so that you CANT bother them. The HATRED towards them having to do their job is palatable, unlike the COLD and usually wrong item from what you've ordered.

I like the food in general and staff is nice but that said we've found hair and lint in our food on several occasions, one time too many which is not okay but even more so in pandemic times. Oh and they never have their menus up to date or don't carry an item because they in the managers words "don't sell as many" such as baked potatoes. The hairs are usually blonde my family is brunette or if are brunette the wrong type as it were and hidden in sauce well into the food so it can't have come from us if it's shorter hair or fuzz. Which is just nasty. We won't be back for a long time now. And it's the few places that I can actually eat at too.

The meal i ordered came with large steak fries. They weren't that good. Chicken biscuit was delicious
