Tried this place twice in the past week only for the March Madness deal. Both times horrible. The Dave burger is not seasoned at all both times.

After every review in 2024 was crazy for Wendy's fish sandwich over McDonald's, Popeyes, and Burger King.. I had to try. Reviewers must have gone to a different Wendy's. The window guy could not figure out "1 car but two separate orders". In the delay to figure that out must have kept fish frying. The fish was so hard the panko was like a rock, and colored like burned panko. They added so much dill mayo I had to wash my hands every bite, and the flavor of the fish was completely absent. Go ahead and try it like I did to face the depths of disappointment and despair. Trust it WILL NOT look like the sandwich on the app. It will look like a version made in a dumpster fire for Hellboy. Wishing for a classic melt in your mouth McDonald's fish fillet. One star review because I'm grateful to be alive today and extremely generous.

There's a reason this place has bad reviews. We're in such a nice neighborhood but the place has such horrible reviews because the staff is horrible. For example on Google it shows that they're open at 6:00 a.m. a few of us are in the Drive-Thru at 6:30 in the morning and they're not taking anybody's order. They're inside the two girls, but they're refusing to talk to anybody at the drive-thru. I'm surprised the manager doesn't look at these reviews. I'll be contacting Wendy's corporate

Ordered a drive thru sour cream and chives baked potato and 2 baked potato bacon and cheese . When I got home my daughter noticed that the light sour cream is already expired- use by Jan 11 2024. I called Wendy’s at no one was answering my phone calls for the staff to be aware

If I can put zero stars I would. I came to order 2 jr burgers with bacon and 1 bacon burger with fries and drink and ghost fries and 5 cookies and 10 piece nuggets. The manager who greeted me push me aside to a worker there who did not check my bag and I said where is my chicken and I said I will be piss if I go home and I am missing food. She kinda laugh like she don’t care. There are 6 workers and this is at 11:38am and I was the only one in the restaurant and nobody was in there yet and 2 people in the drive thru. I waited for my order and not even a sorry for the delay. No way in hell you pay these people $15 an hour to work if they are incompetent and all I got was a sorry when I called to complain missing my order of fries. Shut this place down for good please for this is my 2nd time bad service and last time.

I ordered a single with no cheese and every time the y put extra cheese, they don't listen to orders. They did not even give me a receipt so I went back to get a refund and the girl at the window didn't even apologize for their mistake. We're never going to wendys again.
