Don't go to this location. Work is close so I stop fairly frequently. I don't care how basic the order is, they always seem to get it wrong. Stopped before work today. Picked up my mobile order but decided to eat inside. It took forever but they were busy so it's understandable. I ordered a Dave's Single combo, light sauce on the burger. I open the burger and sauce is the ONLY thing on it. Drowning in it. Took it back to the manager, she tried to convince me that by adding "light sauce", it was my fault the burger was made wrong. After the gaslighting, she offered to remake it but by that time I was over it and I politely declined. Save yourself the time, go to Chick-fil-A or Chipotle next door.

Terrible service. Ordered from DoorDash. Got chicken in a biscuit that wasn’t even supposed to have chicken. It was a separate biscuit only. Called them and they said “oh she read the order wrong” sorry what? The word chicken just appeared on the reciept to you? It was a honey butter biscuit SEPARATE as on the menu. Not the one with chicken. Learn to read or go back to school.

My asiago ranch chicken club was very, very wet and soggy. It was so wet and I had sauce dripping all over me and my clothes. Also, it is 670 calories, 64 grams total carbs and 33 grams of fat!! I got it without the bacon and the first couple of bites was excellent but dealing with the super wetness had me throwing the sandwich in the trash. The crispy chicken was no longer crispy and the bun kept slipping off the sandwich. The Grilled asiago ranch chicken club has less calories, carbs and fat (0g total carbs, 23g fat and 520 calories) but if you are on a diet or watch your calorie, fat & carb intake neither grilled or original crispy chicken club is not for you. If I ever want to splurge and order one again I will ask for sauce on the side, but I doubt I will.
