I was not happy with my order due the staff was talking on the phone while make my order. He was laughing and talking loud on the phone and unlikely language. I have a video to show and this is unacceptable for me to order my food at the place. I would like the manager and CEO know what is going on at the restaurant. I love to help people. The employees need to know their job description before hiring them.

All 3 guys working the front counter were so helpful and kind. Even the folks in the back on the line when they came up front, they were always smiling. I didn't want or need for anything. That whole team made sure even after we ate that we had a bag for our leftover boxes. I will drive across town to come to this specific location.This was 5:35pm on 03/03/24. Everyone was busy, yet even their conversation to each other was positive and helpful like a team should be! Kuddos to this location! The manager was just as nice as the team! Definitely enjoyed my meal here! Food was bomb as always!

Horrible experience and won’t be ordering from here again; even door dash with the way they handled it. I ordered through door dash and payed for two seasonings of the flavor win I got. I called the store once I placed my order and explained I just want you guys to put more seasoning on it because last time you didn’t and they were dry. Well this time, they are still dry in the sense of seasoning but a whole bunch of oil is at the bottom! Called the store after door dash refused my credits and talked to a girl who then transferred me to the store manager; without telling me and having me explain the story alll over again! The store manager explained that what I paid for and requested is something different when it comes to to how they make it. I honestly don’t understand because even though I paid for extra flavor I clearly called them and told them I just wanted extra seasoning on them. The assist manager was no help and neither was door dash. Wasted my money and got an upset stomach in the process.

They messed up my order, and she said that she was the supervisor? She didn't care if I had to drive over there again for their mistake! I will never go to this location again! I repeated my order 3 times and she still got it wrong!! I orded plain wings and that means no source of any kind on them. She had all these excuses and said I've ordered wings in the past wrong. How could that be when in the past 10 years, all the orders I made were all correct! She must be new at this business.
