I’ve had to reach out to corporate, due to my experience. I ordered 50 wings and only received 15 wings with no sauce. When speaking with the manager, she informed me that I would receive a refund and even provided her personal cell, promising to take care of this. I ordered this almost a month ago and have yet to receive a refund. This is poor customer service.

These wing stops I visit are very small. So for the atmosphere I really don't stay and eat . Service is pretty good , not the best , but they are just kids .The food is fair to good they have a small menu, but good specials. If they served bigger wings I definitely would frequent more often.

Ordered to go from here yesterday (2/7/24) .......... The gentleman that took our order was very pleasant and friendly. He even helped my grandson with a job application. The restaurant was very clean including the bathroom. Much better location than Brazos

I’ve never had a bad experience here before until today when I called today to place an order to pick up about 8:07pm and they had told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, so I get there about 8:30pm and they hadn’t even started on my wings I was pretty upset and a lady had come in after me to place an order to go and got hers before me mind you she had a lot more than me I only had a 6 piece combo and that was it and ended up waiting there till 8:50 to finally get my wings, they didn’t even tell me sorry for the wait or even bothered to offer me a free meal next time I came in. All I can say is I’m severely disappointed and was very frustrated.

I placed an order online to pick up at this place on November 16, 2023 at 12:01 noon and I had a very bad experience, the wings had a lot of feathers, it was something disgusting. At that moment I returned to the restaurant to ask for my money back and the person who served asked me if I wanted a new order to which I responded no because I didn't want anything from that place. Because they showed me that they do not take any care with the food they are preparing because it is impossible that when cooking the wings they do not notice so many feathers and then when packing them they do not notice them either. I spoke with the manager who was not friendly at all and told me that I could not return the money because it was an online order and I had to wait for the money to be returned in 4 to 5 days and today is December 10, 2023 and I still have not received my refund. And besides that, the manager kept my receipt, how convenient is that for them.

I order online from the website for delivery. I only received half of my orders. Called the store and told I needed to reorder and pay to get my order. They offered to cancel my order and they never did. I had to order somewhere else to feed my family. After calling multiple times the manager never reached out to me.

This is the third time I had a bad experience here so I think it’s time to leave a review for anyone thinking about ordering here. Specifically for this visit I tried calling prior to coming here and having my kids wait in the car. Someone kept picking up the phone and putting me on hold, picking up again and putting me on hold. Not hanging up but not saying hello or attempting to take my order. After 4 minutes of this I hung up and just went to the store. I order an 8 piece with carrots and celery. This was the WORST tasting wing stop ever. My chicken was hard as if it was fried yesterday and put back in the oil today. I had to throw away the wings because they were so hard. The only thing I ate was the veggies. This has to stop. There is a district manger number available to call but why bother. Will anything change? Why is this the case for multiple visits to this place. I’m spending money to put it in the trash!
