The restaurant was out of olives. Always out of something....I love the food but these situations leave a bad taste in your mouth, instead of the Subway deliciousness!Service was also slow & disjointed.

This subway won't honor the coupons you get in the mail. There are lots of attitudes about the whole thing, I understand it's not the employee's decision about the coupons, and after I acknowledge that and have moved on... when I was just conversing and making a joke, the employee got really rude. Oh, and the owner is so cheap he told the employees to only put five olives on a foot long sub (just one example). The franchise should take their name away from this owner. After accepting the coupon fact, I still got overcharged by $11, I pointed it out, they mostly fixed it, I was ready to leave, I ended up still being charged extra for toppings I didn't get. It was right on the receipt.

Placed an order for delivery. 1 hr later no subway. Called store. They said they didn't deliver. They called the manager, the manager said they didn't deliver. They hadn't even started the order because they didnt deliver. I told them to cancel it and refund me. The server said they were not authorized to do so. She said she would have the manager call me in the morning. I took my family to dinner naturally as now we are starving. When we were eating, 1 MORE hour later, my RING doorbell goes off. The door dash dude was out there. I told him I had cancelled it. He fussed with me about needing to deliver it. I said Dude, you are TWO hours late. I sent him away. The manager calls me and says the door dash guy was trying to deliver my food. I said, No I cancelled it because you don't deliver.. I said refund my money. She said she was not authorized. She said she would have the owner call me in the morning. What bull. Well nobody called and no one refunded my money. RIP OFF SCAM. Not very ethical. Refused my refund. Never again will I order from here.

They messed up my online order I placed for pick up and when I got back to work with it, it was wrong so I called an asked if he could replace it tomorrow because I can’t leave work to get another and he said no I o my give you discount next time that’s just wrong an being cheap he could have I have a recipe an pictures that show it’s wrong an he still wouldn’t replace it and it was a coupon deal he wouldn’t even give me that deal again because I said I would pay for the deal again he said no customer service

Wife wanted Subway.....First and last time at this subway location. I was over charged for my sandwich.....but I was in a rush and Ieft without fixing it..... although my sandwich was toasted the meat was cold and had a processed taste.....my stomach is upset now. .... I also had to chop my wife's salad myself at home, because the worker stated that they don't chop salads. Every other subway I have been to chops salad. The staff was nice and polite, especially dealing with my wife.

This store don’t ever have everything on the the menu. Today they only had one six inch bread. Only one!!!! This store is a disgrace. Subway needs to do something to this store.

Limited selection, not all the cheese sauces or bread options are available that they allow you to order online. Zero mask usage by employees during a large spike in covid. My online order didn't get printed out so it wasn't made until after I went and asked for it. Other than that they were reasonably quick and friendly. The area seemed clean enough.
